Techsured insurance company phoned me and offered to insure my cellphone of which I agreed and upon loosing my phone as per our agreement and deducted my money they refused my claim. And on top of that they sent me another document where they alleged that I have taken another insurance with them and they will deduct more money than before. I tried to contact them as to find out what is this new contract for because I have lost my phone and they refused to pay and now they claim that I have taken another insurance. I'm really disappointed with them and all the lies , they are really misleading the public with their non commitment promises and I'm here to warn other people to be cautious about this insurance company. They don't keep their promises. What I what to know from them right now is that why they said I have joined another policy on the 14 October 2024 which I didn't do. And why they refused to pay my claim as they were deducting my money every month. Besides all the emails I sent them and contacting them telephonically they don't respond
My name is Leonard Ndlovu a former Unisa student. I graduated in 2023. My student no is 41706021. Unisa owed me a refund of R2920 since last year (2022). I tried to sent them numerous emails requesting my refund and I was taken from pillar to post. I emailed DSF-NSFAS@unisa several times without any response and almost after more than 20 emails, they responded and said I must contact Nelisiwe Lukhele at this email : [email protected] of which I did and she promised that my refund will be processed and be paid at the end of June or 1st week of July. When the stipulated time period lapsed I contact her via emails and she never responded. Why should it take the whole University of South Africa to pay my refund of a mere or less than R3000? I'm really flabbergasted by their stunts. Hello Peter please intervene and help me get my money back. My contact no is 0714122298.

And I did call him and he promised to sort this matter out but to my surprise he didn't he always makes an empty promises and now he is ignoring my calls. I bought a sim card at pep stores and Rica it as part of a Unisa NSFAS beneficiary student to receive free data on May 2020 and I did received the data and I was left with almost 8 giga but of a suddenly after 2 months that is August my sim card is not longer working and says Rica barred and my airtime and my data of 7 gigabytes is gone, how possible is that after I have used the sim card and rica it and now says Rica barred? there is something fishy here. My number is 0632303858. And I can't make any call with it or anything
On the 18 of August 2020 I received a call from this number 0797533331 and he said he is working for Medipost courier Nelspruit Mpumalanga, he said he got my study materials from Unisa and he wants to deliver them of which I agree. I wanted for him the whole day and when I phoned him and asked where is him, he told me he forgot and he will make sure he deliver the next day of which I never had any problem but when I noticed that the following day he is not coming or calling me I decided to call him again using the above number. he said to me his friend will deliver the material, and i told him that I got the assignments which are due on that particular day and he was so rude and said it is none of his business, and he said i must call his office of which i dont't have their contact details. furthermore he said he will no longer deliver my study materials and if I want I can call anyone and nothing is going to happen. I feel so deprived of my Education, as how can Unisa contract such irresponsible people to deliver our study materials, people who have no morals. As I write this review my study materials have not been delivered I suggest that medipost courier must hire the people who have a good customer care, and Unisa must review their contract with Medipost courier. Nelspruit.
On the 7th of March 2020 I went to Pick n Pay at ILLANGA mall to buy some food and also withdraw money. On my arrival to the counter I told them that I also want a cashback of R1000 and I was using intellimall card which we were supply by NSFAS as a part of the bursary for book allowances and incidental allowances. One of the lady told the person on the till not to use the card, saying it switches of their system. So I asked them how am I gonna get help, and they said there is nothing they can do. I explained to them that they said we can use our cards at their outlets and still they refused until I requested to speak to their manager. The manager came and I explained my situation to him and he seemed so clueless and again that lady told him that our cards intellimali cards switches off their system and he said to me I must try to go to another Pick n Pay without trying my card. I explained to him that I've been using Pick n Pay all the time to withdraw and he refused. I asked him if he is aware about the agreement of NSFAS and Pick n Pay and he said yes, and I also asked him what corrective measures he took as a store Manager to adress this problem, he said he didn't yet ask their regional office what to do We suffering those ladies at the till whenever we want to withdraw our money they give us attittude as if we borrowing it from them, whenever we want to withdraw money they will say I don't have money and wgen you go to another till same things apply. To me it seems that the Manager is incompetent and he can't take a decision to find a solution about the problems that happens in his shop and instead he so inconvience the customers by sending them to other oulets to sort his problems. Illanga mall is next to where I stay and if he send me to other places it wastes my time. Please Pick n Pay head office try assist him by sending him to training so that he can able to make informed decisions.
On the 04th of December 2019 I was involved in a car accident as a driver of my vehicle and I was transported to Robs Ferreira hospital by an ambulance. At the hospital(Robs ferreirra) as everybody knows how poor the service is, I was not reffered to an X -ray besides telling them about the pains on my ribs and fingers. I was only offered pain tablets. Because of the unbearable pain I was experiencing, I decided to visit a doctor by the name Dr. MG Nchabeleng, at his practice by the name of Sunheranex Private Practice, pty(Ltd) practice number 0239011. Nchabeleng charged me R600 for consultation and he reffered me to an X-ray at Nelmed , where I was also charged R1400. I took the results back to him and it was found that I got a fracture on my right hand finger. He put the bandages and gave me some medication for the eye. I asked him about the medical report as I wanted to claim my money and for my injuries at RAF. He said to me whenever they need that report I must go back to him and he will assist me. Ofcourse I did went back to him and he reffered me to one of his friend whom he said is a lawyer who deals with RAF, abd he gave me his numbers and said the guy will assist me and when I met him his friend(lawyer) He told me to pay R850.00 to open the file and I told him that I'm struggling financing and it wont be easy for me to raise that kind of mine. Some of my friends they advised me to go the RAF offices, of which I did abd I was given a form to give the doctor who attended me for my injuries that is MG Nchabeleng. He promised to fill in that form and said I must collect it by the following week. A week paased by and I went to him and he started to be aggressive and shouting at me. And said I must leave everything to his lawyer friend. I explained to him that i'm no longer doing it via his friend, The RAF officials will assist me. And Again he said he can't stop attending the patients because of a mere form which I only want to claim money. He said I must come again on Friday. When I went there on Friday he said he said it will take him time and he took my celphone number and said I must check him on Sunday. When I tried to check him on Sunday he ignored my calls and my smses. I went to his practice again on Tuesday as to give him more time, and once again he told me come on Wednesday and the ladies from the reception they insisted that I must pay him R600. of I which I did but again my form wasn't filled and he told me to come on Monday and when I went there he said come again before Friday. So I have came to realised that I'm being taken for a ride. I asked him why he is doing all this and he becane very angry and gave me my form unfilled and told the receptionist to give me my R600. I really find his behaviour being so unprofessional as doctor, he suppose to treat his clients with respect. And now I have to loose my money for all the X-rays because he is refusing to fill that form. And I really find it suspicious that he can only complete the form when it comes from his friend. And his friend called me and said the doctor won't complete the form, I must pay him the money to open the file. What I need is for him to complete the form as he is the one who treated me for my injuries and referred me to the X-ray and again he must treat his clients with respects and not to shout at them.
very great tutorial lessons, I really enjoyed the leasons, keep it up!
On March this year(2019) I went to SEDA offices in Nelspruit to get assistant with a business plan for my company( Balusi and partners) and get more information about the funding of a start up business after I was referred to them by SEFA. I gave them all the information they required from me, and they gave me the forms which I took them home to fill in and I did exactly that. I was told to wait for their call if there are more information they will need from me, I waited for two months without hearing from them until I went there again as to find out the progress of my application What they told me is that there are outstanding information, and I asked them that how would I know if I didn't come as you have promised to call me, and the gentleman who was assisting me was called Mduduzi Gumede, He told me that he is always busy and he got some personal problems at home of which I understand as a human being that nobody is perfect and I asked his contact numbers and he gave me his business card with all the contact details. I, again went home and supply him with all those information. So once again he told me to wait for the call, and again two months passby without hearing from him, what I did I tried to call him and he didn't bother taking my calls and I left some messages to his cel number to find out about the progress of my application and he never answered. And again I went to their office because I have noticed that my Tax clearance certificate had expired and I gave it to him and asked him about my calls and smses and again he told me about his lack of time and this time he told me that everything is now fine and I must wait to get a call, of which I never received and despite phoning him he didn't respond. On September I went there again looking for him and I was told he was not available and I asked the lady at the reception if they have a complaint forms which I wanted to write and she said yes they do have and I asked for it and she told me her system is offline she can't able to access it, I gave her my details with the email adress so that when her system is running again she can send me. She advised me that why before I write a complain not to try to call somebody maybe he can help me, I agreed. She called another Officer who tried to hear the side of my story and he said he will make sure that he tell Mdu to call me when he comes to the office the following day. Mduduzi never called me, I phoned to the number they gave me and also gave my business partner that number to call, and she did call and they said the guy(Mdu) is available and they have brief him about our concern but he never call us, its almost the whole year now without getting assistance, And I suggested that they assign us to someone to assist us but they did nothing, I have completely lost hope in SEDA, but if they are employed to assist the public and don't do, what do we call that... You be the judge And the things that have baffled me is that every time I went to their offices I find people who are being told to come for the training the following week, and when I asked them when did they approach them , they told me only for a week some say two weeks and for me almost the year but nothing happens.
On the 28 of February 2019 I went to Cashbuild Nelspruit Plaza, Hensel str. I was assisting by Mr Elias Mona who was very rude towards me. It was bit raining that day by the time I was in shop and he asked me if I have a tent and I told him I don't have as it wasn't raining by the time I left my place. He told me not to make my problem his problem and I asked him why he said that. And he told me that Cashbuild is not his shop and I just let it go without lodging any complain and his colleagues assisted me. And again on the 12 of March 2019 I went to Cashbuild to buy Lintol Concretes and again Mr Elias Mona was involved , his colleagues asked him to borrow them a tape to measure the size of Lintols. And he refused telling them the client must bring his own tape and I asked the guys what must I do now as I have waited for almost one and half hour. The poor guys didn't know what to do since they were so scared of him saying he is just like that, he is so rude. and what I did asked for the manager and the lady wearing a name tag by the name of Nomndeni Thubane came to intervene, who according to me seems so incompetent and lack the qualities of a manager , when I tried to explain my story she didn't bother to hear me out instead she only asked her colleagues who told her that Elias Mona refused to give the tape to his colleagues and she went outside where he was standing and by the look from inside she was smiling with him and brought the tape back to the guys and never bothered to offer an apology to me for my time wasted and when I asked her why what is the solution so that this kind of behavior never happened again, she kept quiet. Cashbuild is a big brand they must in future hire competent managers. And in future I will really reconsider buying any goods from that shop. My time has been wasted by incompetent staff.
