After months of acceptable service levels Medipost has dropped our ball in a way that prompts me to warn other users dependent on thier service. They deliver chronic medicine. I have to use them and have no choice in the matters. We are an elderly couple totally dependent on critically important cardiac medicine. I have been talking to them about this delivery for more than a week. They made one mistake after the other andf all we get is an apology. Apologies are sadly pharmacologically ineffective. We are without medicine. Please take care and ensure that you have at least two weeks of medicine as a buffer because I suspect things are about to get worse in terms of service delivery which in SA is already at record low levels.

How do you get informed that you need a new 6 months prescription. You send it in, they send new prescription medicine and still send old prescription meds. I even talk to one of their employers and a Manager whould have phone me, I still wait. Next I new they will say they called while they didn't. Well if Medipost can bill for same sort of medication and not GEMS don't check, GEMS should never complain in overpaying. I am tired of try to save money for GEMS

The steep increase in the cost of living has forced a downgrade in medical aid cover upon us. Medihelp gave notice that we were no longer eligible to use Pharmacy Direct and had to move our chronic medicine source to MediPost. On January 17th I became aware that the admin for this move was my responsibility and not facilitated by Medihelp. I took steps via my broker to remedy this before month-end. We are both on anti-coagulants that should be taken without interuption. On 24th January I sent an email to Medipost to ensure that all the documentation was in order. They simply never rep****. It is now 29th January and despite repeated attempts we cannot get any reply or assurance from MediPost that the matter is being dealt with. I can understand that they need 3 to 5 days for admin. I cannot umderstand that they are unable to keep me informed so that I can take the steps I need to keep the supply of these critical meds continuously.

On the 18 of August 2020 I received a call from this number 0797533331 and he said he is working for Medipost courier Nelspruit Mpumalanga, he said he got my study materials from Unisa and he wants to deliver them of which I agree. I wanted for him the whole day and when I phoned him and asked where is him, he told me he forgot and he will make sure he deliver the next day of which I never had any problem but when I noticed that the following day he is not coming or calling me I decided to call him again using the above number. he said to me his friend will deliver the material, and i told him that I got the assignments which are due on that particular day and he was so rude and said it is none of his business, and he said i must call his office of which i dont't have their contact details. furthermore he said he will no longer deliver my study materials and if I want I can call anyone and nothing is going to happen. I feel so deprived of my Education, as how can Unisa contract such irresponsible people to deliver our study materials, people who have no morals. As I write this review my study materials have not been delivered I suggest that medipost courier must hire the people who have a good customer care, and Unisa must review their contract with Medipost courier. Nelspruit.
