Urgent: Student unfairly denied graduation due to administrative error
Review: Good day, I am raising a serious concern regarding my daughter’s graduation eligibility at Rosebank College. My daughter was unable to write an exam due to illness and followed the correct process by submitting her medical information and requesting a deferred assessment. She was subsequently granted an opportunity to rewrite and successfully wrote the exam on 1 August. We have now been informed that: There is allegedly no system record confirming the approval, and As a result, she is being denied the opportunity to graduate However, this position is highly concerning and contradictory, as: The institution's lecture contacted my daughter and has confirmed that a transcript exists for the exam, and The exam could not have been written without being scheduled, authorised, and administered by the institution This clearly indicates that: The student was permitted to write the exam, and The issue is an internal administrative/system failure, not a failure on the part of the student It is therefore unacceptable that my daughter is now being prejudiced due to an error beyond her control, despite having comp**** with all requirements and completed the assessment. With graduation imminent, we urgently request that this matter be reviewed and resolved, and that her eligibility for graduation be reinstated without delay. We look forward to a prompt and fair resolution. Kind regards,

Bus no 156-Willows to Garankuwa
We as passegers have a petition of 62 people who are totally not happy about the above driver and his services.<br> We complain about the bus not coming on time daily, we buy tickets for a week but the bus only comes through for 3days. He does not come all the bus stops, instead of starting from willows he starts at Menlyn, at times from Arcadia to Garankuwa or Ga-rankuwa hospital to zone8. We then have to use taxis and it is more expensive for us and the attitude of the driver is very bad, there is no respect,and he does not have client service at all. It is now winter and more risky for us to be standing at the bus stops longer as it gets more dark sooner when the bus may not pitch.<br> <br> kindly look send us another driver who will be commited to clietn and his work too. <br> <br> Your urgent assisatnce and feedback is highly appreicated. <br> <br> Regards
