Bus no 156-Willows to Garankuwa

We as passegers have a petition of 62 people who are totally not happy about the above driver and his services.<br> We complain about the bus not coming on time daily, we buy tickets for a week but the bus only comes through for 3days. He does not come all the bus stops, instead of starting from willows he starts at Menlyn, at times from Arcadia to Garankuwa or Ga-rankuwa hospital to zone8. We then have to use taxis and it is more expensive for us and the attitude of the driver is very bad, there is no respect,and he does not have client service at all. It is now winter and more risky for us to be standing at the bus stops longer as it gets more dark sooner when the bus may not pitch.<br> <br> kindly look send us another driver who will be commited to clietn and his work too. <br> <br> Your urgent assisatnce and feedback is highly appreicated. <br> <br> Regards
