Worst after sales ever
Worst ever customer service, not a single person can assist with a problem. 2 times ordering over R4000 groceries. Both times order is short and wrong things delivered, to date im still waiting for this issue to be resolved....... wont be supporting this company again. Emails just go unanswered , phone calls just get put to next person . *********** company.

Kfc humansdorp sucks!!!!!!
Kfc in Humansdorp is by far the worst kfc i have ever been to!!! EVERYTIME and im not exaggerating they have the order wrong. I check the stuff at the window and they always have something missing..... is this a manager issue or is someone in the staff stealing the missing goods of the order!!!! Tonight i ordered and paid for a 10 piece bucket and got home and only 8 pieces in the bucket!! Guess someone is going home with extra chicken tonight!!!! Pathetic service!!!!

Pathetic customer service! Dont answer emails on queries. Debit order always come off 2 days late!!!! Not happy service at all. And to top it off they dont quit houndijg about joining damn vitality!!!

Mr price theives
After ordering from mr price online i realised the shoe size was incorrect and quickly phoned to change size- lady tells me the parcel had already been shipped i can exchange in store. After 4 days waiting i call and the lady advises me to cancel the order and I will be refunded..... so i agreed and im still waiting for my refund 10 days later im extremely mad as i have now missed my neices birthday gift!! Mr stealing my money!!!! Give my money back!!!!!

been waiting for an overdue parcel which was marked delivered on the app. Empty promises and they wont give my money back. Whats going on takealot! They don't correspond very well either

This is the 5th pod i have now biught that does not want to release the vapour!!!fully charged device . Wont discharge the liquid. 5th one. Im wasting my money on this product!!! When i change to another pod it then works fine. 5 faulty pods!!!who will give my money back cause the shop wont accept returns!!!!!!

Wimpy humansdorp
Good day. I. So fed up with the wimpy in humansdorp . Placed an order today over the phone. Get the the branch to collect only to find out they hadnt even started with the order and had to repeat my order 3 more times to the cashier. Waited 20minutes. Took my parcel drove home .....to my surprise my burger and chips where not in the bag. Called the franchise and they just said well we didnt ring it up so no harm done. Was not the point. I drove 45km just to not have lunch!!! Their attitude sucks Please phone me as this is not the only concern i have with that branch

Sistema dilema
Bought a sistema lunch box last year 2018. It no longer clasps onto the sides as it should. I emailed the address on the website. With no response at all. These things are so expensive. Im so disappointed.

Fishaways at 18 Gardens centre lorraine port elizabeth. Cashier 167 olwanda. Date: 14 july 2018. Time: 12h25. Chk 1347. Purchased: Large hake meal with green salad Complaint: 1: staff can hardly greet you 2:kitchen staff member standing slouched on wall chewing on bubblegum so rude and loudly and biting on her nails then coming to deliver your meal !!disgusting!!! 3.:food time to receive i waited 25min!!!!! 4: salad that comes with the hake for R79.90 had 2 pieces cucumber, 2 pieces peppers, 2 tomato slices and the rest lettuce....what the ****** hell did i pay for???the fuel price to catch the fish out the ocean!!!!! Livid!!! Will never return to this pathetic franchise!!!!!
