Outstanding Care and Supportive Service
I have been 9 days now in the Orthopaedic Ward at Kingsway Hospital in KZN and what an outstanding caring experience it has been. As an ex-nurse (Unit Manager) I can be very critical when I’m a patient …but not this time. All the staff (cleaners, hostesses, nurses, physios, Drs and all) have been incredibly helpful, supportive, polite, respectful, happy and, most of all, CARING! Obtaining a quote from Outsurance

Excellent flight
I recently flew from Durban to Jhbg (flight GE210 13:25 September 7th) on Lift for the first time. What a pleasant experience. All the staff were very friendly and helpful (I’m disabled),, there was plenty of legroom, snacks and drinks were served efficiently and the flight was very smooth and comfortable. Thank you, Unitas Hospital Oncology,
I have been to Unitas Hospital twice in the last month. Once for 5 days and last week for 1 day. Both times in the Oncology Ward. The staff is caring, happy, and helpful. Thank you. It's great to see nurses and ward hostesses and cleaners that actually care. Plus, the food was good, especially considering I'm on a special diet - well done to the kitchen and the hostesses.0 replies

No facility for disabled people
If you're dibled, don't bank with Standard: 1. I need to change my address...I have to go to the branch 2. I need to reset my pin....I have to go to the branch When I tell them I'm disabled, cannot drive, and cannot go to the branch, the consultants just repeat that I have to go to the branch. What?! You have no facility for the disabled????? Obviously not. I will be paying off my credit card and closing my accounts.1 reply

Kudos Nedbank staff!
Received excellent service today at Nedbank Centurion Mall Branch (around 10h30). The lady at the reception counter plus the guy who helped me at the ATM were both very friendly, courteous and informed. Business done in a few minutes!! I am very impressed. Kudos, Nedbank1 reply
