Ordered Items of their website , been struggling to get feedback , there is 0 communication from this company , no emails ,no text, no phone calls. Contact center never gets back to you. Going to the store is futile as well, as they cannot assist. Get told to wait for someone to call is not customer service. You purchase online and expect some proof of purchase , no invoice, no email.
My recently had a claim due to roof leak from the heavy rains. We have been struggling to get feedback on our claim with calls 5 times a day to get some sort of update. Its either the claim agent is busy or unavailable. Finally our claim was approved and finalised , and payout , only issue is the fact of the claim amount differs to what was paid . According to Outsurance , we had to pay for the assesor to come out which was deducted from our claim amount , but actually doesn't show anywhere on any communications . According to Outsurance they do not have to disclose the amount to the client. This doesn't seem fair or transparent , as it creates a distrust issue.

Sent in an application online followed by an amount approved. Had to get, bank stamped statements, as they don't accept online bank verified etc, only to receive a message application declined after submitting all docs. Why waste peoples time and lead people on. Time off work taken, banks, only work business hours as well. According to the agent, they ran the credit inquiry twice, once an application, and then at processing .
