Xero has debited the incorrect amount off my account!!! Instead of the minimum R79.50 they debited R795!!!! This is unacceptable!!! Every month its the normal R79.50 please explain how all of a sudden its R795.00??
I have requested my credit to be closed on 26th November, via the secure chat. This was after I had paid it up in full as per the amount on the app. Received a case number that stated 5 to 7 working days turnaround time. I kept following up via secure chat and kept been told I am still within the turnaround time. On 5th December I noticed there was interest charged for R518, I contacted the secure chat again, the consultant said he has system issues and transferred me to Premier Credit card fulfilment. The consultant there says she cannot help I must contact Credit Card Servicing which is only available from 8am to 5pm. On 6th December, I called the credit card servicing, and I explained I requested to close my account and it has not been closed and this was before the interest charge. And why must I pay interest on an amount of nothing outstanding. He explained its interest charged on usage of the previous month. When I requested to close the account, I was not explained about further interest been charged. And then from R518 it was R519 on the phone. I have paid that amount in order to close my account but I am not happy that I now had to pay a further amount just to close my account! If the account was paid in full why must there be a further interest charged, and the consultant should have told me that today is the 26th and there will be a further interest payable. I also requested to speak to the manager and was told the managers do not take calls. I have explained that I currently wish to close all my accounts with FNB due to this service that is not to my satisfaction! I have even requested the consultant to put a note on the system that I am not happy and that I wish to close my accounts.
I have settled my personal loan with DirectAxis and still waiting from 19th November 2020 or so for them to allocate my payment and provide a confirmation of settlement. I have sent the proof of payment numerous times and still to date nothing has been done. I keep on getting calls to pay my account when it has been settled in full.
I placed an order to go to Durban, I got confirmation it was received by some person that I have no idea who it is and signed for. I am very dissapointed and request a refund! Or the item to be delivered to the correct person and correct address today as the occasion is today! I tried calling the call centre they have closed for the day, the other my call doesn't get answered.
