The city of Ekurhuleni u sending me a bill for 50 kl Interim, water used, on a new meter installed dated 24 March 2026. I went to Nigel municipality and was told its a mistake. You gave me the correct amount on 26 March, and I paid the full balance that you gave me. Now you penalized me with a final notice of R253 50 for your mistakes. You also added a Interim for 23 April 2026 for 50 kl. This means that I used 100 kl for two months. But the truth is that you fail to read the meter. The truth is that there are not 100 kl on my meter, not even 50 kl. Shame on you City of Ekurhuleni. I'm renting the property out and can not pass this mistake on the the person occupying the premises. As a result the agent can also not determine the correct amount for the tenant to pay. And now there's a final notice already issued. This is unacceptable

Macro online not able to deliver on time. Ordered security lights on 20 March. Was supposed to receive items on 28 March 2026. The premises is vacant since 28 March, and I would have liked the light up in time. Thanks to this problem my premises is vacant and dark. Everyone knows that this is not ideal in the country. I phoned you on 28 March, and was told that the matter is escalated. Today is 30 March, and no indication from you on this matter. 10 days since my order was placed, and paid for.
I used the Pick n Pay ASAP for the first time. Horrible experience for me. I didn't get the smart shopper discounts although I entered my card number on the app. I didn't receive all the items ordered. Two milk was refunded. I ordered 3 Slimsy concentrate, but received 2. Order #10907956. I phoned Heidelberg branch who supp**** the order 016 3414810. The person who are in control of the online shopping told me that the milk was refunded. He argued with me about the Slimsy cold drink concentrate, and said that the manager will phone me. A day after and I'm still waiting for the call. I will never use the Pick n Pay asap app. again.
Negative report for the service provider. Ported my number to Telkom on Monday. Still not resolved, still on MTN on Saturday. MTN admitted that the problems are an their side. Please wake up MTN and sort your problems out so that I can move on.
Rubbish. Did an online enquiry Midstream branch on a BMW F 700 GS for sale. Next day I telephonicly confirmed that this vehicle are still available and in good condition 2919-5-17. Drove 100km just to find that they tried to cell me a broken vehicle. Reported to manager Glen Andre. Not happy with how I were treated.
