**** ALERT! Edreams Prime is an absolute ****!!!
NEVER BOOK WITH EDREAMS PRIME!! It's A ****!!!!!!! They sign you up for their monthly subscription without your consent. And they deduct from your account whenever they want to. When you try to contact them the phone just rings....no answer. No email address and no response. Be very careful!

Poor service for Barker
I bought a pair of Barker shoes a few years ago for my daughter’s wedding. I left in the cupboard and when I took it out the box the sole was disintegrating I called Derick from Barker and explained the situation. He asked me to drop it off at a store close to me, which I did. I was told they will replace the sole and return my shoe. I went to fetch it today and the sole they used is like a tyre material. Very poor job and not what I bought. Derick said they did me a favour. I would rather go and put a new bottom at a shoe maker on the streets would have been a better option.

Falsely put under Debt review
Debtline put my wife on debt review without her permission and refused to have it removed. She was put on debt review on 06/10/2020. This is extremely frustrating and is effecting her credit score negatively.

False advertising
They say meals under R30.00 when you go to buy the price is R29.90 for only the small burger. You must pay for drinks and chips.

I went on Burger King website and they advertise on TV that you can get a king meal for only R29.90. I took a screenshot on my mobile phone and went to Burger King. Only to be told that I must pay R10.00 more for a meal. I showed them that it says King meals for under R30.00. She ( Manager) refused to give me the meal. I had to pay R39.90 for my meal.

Poor management and customer services
I bought a holiday at SUN VACATION CLUB. They sold me a midweek off peak. My plan for the payment was +- R900 for 18 months. I was charged R1903 per month. I tried several times to rectify this with no success. I was refused accommodation because they insisted that my account was in arrears. To date they will not pay me back the money I paid.
