How absolutely pathetically! Ordered via PNP ASAP APP last week. Received incorrect items. Paid for the delivery only to be told by 3 to 4 different ppl including a manager that I must take the item instore for a return. What ****. I want the correct item delivered to me ! Or just refund me the delivery and for the item that was collected on Monday already. I have phoned customer service soooo many times

They hold you hostage if you use Payflex on the app and return the item instore. Nowhere does it say you will get a voucher instead of a refund!
Selling rotten moulded food is disgusting and it resulting in hundreds of rands of wastage is even more dangerous
The last 3 fit me powders I bought, resulted in being broken. The first time I assumed it was me. Then it happened again after a weeks of using it last year so I ended up getting rid of two compacts that were half way used. This year it happened once again and I emailed Maybelline. I got a credit / exchange for ONE. Now they are ignoring me about the other compact event tho I sent them the info! Is money falling from the sky ??? The customer service agent has totally disregarded me even after we spoke and she asked me to send her the 2nd email
