I am waiting for a package for 2 days by Welkom branch to be delivered but when you contact the nr it does go straight to voice mail.Fastway is really pathetic as clients must wait a long time for their deliveries
I made a application for a garmin watch and received an email that my application was approved. I was waiting the whole day for an agent to call me but it did not Happened. I THEN call teljoy and I was on the line for more than 20 minutes without being helped .I could not even leave a message as their messenger box was full
I want to migrate my mtn wifi home internet to a higher plan.I phone customer service that put me threw to retention department that inform me it is an other department that must do it in the end I was talking to 5 different departments of mtn that did not assist me as MY contract is a month to month basis.This is extremely poor service

I call mtn customer service about my order .The lady that was assisting me was very unhelpful and rude.I ask her to assist me as the couriers do not answer

I report my faulty diswaher on the 2 March. I follow up a few times telephonically till today I did not even receive it back or replacement the only answer I got the technician must still check what is the problem
I received my 65 inc tv from Teljoy a day earlier as they telephonically told me.As it was a day earlier I was on my way to work.The evening when I came home I took the tv Out of the box and noticed that the whole screen was SHATERED. IT DID SWITCHED on but screen was shattered as if the delivery guys have put something on it.It is unacceptable to receive a service like this.I want a new replacement tv and not a repair one as this was totally nucleus delivery fault
I cancel one contract 2 months back and still they do not respond to me emails I send them. It was a contract for renting a powerstation . You paid and you paid but the device will never be yours .Is much better to buy my own powerstation from takelot or or makro as to pay now for 3 years nearly R370 for a device that will never be mine.Takelot ask between R3000 to R8000 for the same size powerststion .and if you paid it it is your own property
I contact stage zero to cancel a contract that is month to month As it was allready past its 34 months term .They inform me they will cancel it and collect the device. To my surprise I received an invoice that the device is not yet cancel and also no response from Stage Zero to pick it up
