Shocking!!!! I booked for myself and my kids to watch Disney on ice. I booked in November 2025 for a show June 2026, I booked from row seats and paid premium. I looked at my tickets now, they placed me in the k block- furtherest away humanely possible and back row. Is this a joke????? I PAID for the closest to the stage and I booked in November last year!!! They have NO right to move me and offer the worste !!!! This is ridiculous and *****!!!! Please just refund me this is madness
Please please stay as far away from this courier company as possible! They are ****s, put you on hold untill the phone dies, and dont deliver!!!!. This is the absolute most shocking company I have EVER dealt with. Ever!!!. I cannot believe shein and temu will use these guys! - STOP USING them. Ive ordered some Christmas gifts for my children , of which there's something my baby is so so so desperately wanting, and I can see we simply wont get it. They lie badly, they are ****!!!!!!!!! We going away tomorrow so what then! Ive called several times and emailed to keep it on record and nothing. Companies- do NOT USE skynet!.we need them to close down!!! Those people need to lose thier jobs because they all ****s and dont care!
Guys Please. Please do yourself the biggest favour's and do NOT use these guys. Please. I don't actually have any words. They were meant to install my custom made bar The 28th of April. And every single day is a new excuse. Car broken down, car didn't come. Late. All, the damn, time. Broken promises, they doing it bit and pieces. And what i do have so far looks NOTHING like the design. Don't do it. I've been in proper tears and angry. It feels like a complete never ending thing and they come whenever they feel ans don't respect u at all. Please don't. Shocking shocking. Never again and I wouldn't recommend then to my absolute worste enemy.
Shocking shocking absolutely shocking service from makro woodmead. I've called makro woodmead about 4 times, to ask for them to kindly assist with booking my machines. After each and every call, they promise to mail me. 3 days ago I spoke to the manager- floyd who reassured me he would respond and boomed my machines. 3 days later and not a single response to my mails to even just let me know that he got the mails. Please note that after they call to book, it still takes 72 hrs for the tech to book you in. The lady i spoke to hung up on me cause she said they understaffed and they can't help me I have a mon functional wash machine, and Tumble dryer tjay doesn't dry. It's been 4 weeks that I'm taking my clothes to a laundry. And makro, continue to completely and bluntly ignore me. I will NEVER, EVER, buy things like that from .akro again. They are extremely rude and unprofessional and lie. If my warranty finishes and it's because they haven't rep**** to me to fix it prior I will go after them and sue them. This is just beyond ridiculous
I cannot for the life of me, believe how bad Zara online is. It was the first time I ordered from Zara online and it's been the absolute biggest mistake of all time. And I ordered 4 dresses, that I wanted for my holiday and I leave next week. There is NO number to call, and they reply HOURS later on the Instagram post etc and I think it's a robot. There is absolutely NO way to get through to them and, I cannot track my order. I've been begging to simply collect my order, so that I have it on time. We can't even find my order number but there is proof of payment and a thing showing it's being prepared. Without the order number they can't help me!!!!!!. Please don't do it. Never, ever again. All i want now is a refund and they can keep the clothes
Hi Vodacom Your sales consultant, Named Kurt Steven's, has told one of your customers of over 20 years, to shove a non working charger, up HER ass. This client, has been a loyal vodacom client most of her life. She also holds a VIP vodacom Contract which has also, just been renewed and upgraded. She spent over R5k just few days ago, and returned the charger today because it didn't work with the phone. This consultant, of yours, told her that without a receipt- she can shove the thing up her ass, in public. Infront of everyone in the shop. Please note that she- is not young of age either. He then simply walked out and 'disappeared ' leaving her standing there. She called her son, her son rushed to vodacom, and what did this Kurt tell him- to get the **** out of the store. The manager apologized and offered a refund for this poor charger that's apparently meant for asses, and she provided his details. Her name is - Esme Brokenhorst. Yes, I do need to add, my brother then called thus Kurt, a ****, since clearly that's the language he understands and speaks so fondly infront of. Dear vodacom. This Kurt, should be suspended. I own a business myself, one with a very strong brand name. If I did this, I'd lose my brand instantly. This is the most disgusting thing I've ever heard of. Kurt has now denied he said anything like that, what he didn't realize is that my mom was on the phone so you can go and get a recording, we have the time, so should be easy. My businesses are also on vodacom and I will be providing notice. Welkom free state branch. Thank you Regards
Shocking service, shocking client care on the phone, then when they don't want to help you they leave you on HOLD for ages untill you hang up!!!!!! Disgusting!!!!! I bought a tumble Dryer from makro woodmead and for days am still waiting for the technician to come, or even call. Nothing. I called now to ask when they coming, because I need to use my tumble dryer and they leave me on hold!!!!!!!!! Disgusting service from makro woodmead- customer care. Shocking.
Shocking shocking SHOCKING. I am a customer of the chateux gateux in waterfall corner. I often buy cakes, and often sit down for coffee and a dessert because I own another store in that centre. Today, my husband went to get a cake for my little.girls birthday tonight. He literally stepped FOOT out of that shop, and turned around to tell them he by accident took the small one ans we need the large one. He stepped FOOT, out the shop. The manager said NO, and it the absolute rudest manner. He couldn't swop for the bigger one and pay the difference. I then phone and asked them to explain to me why, and he very rudely said- read the box and phone headoffice and hung up on me!!!!!. I daily client!!!. Because of stepping a foot out the shop!!!!. I am so disgusted, and so shocked at this I have no words but what I do know is that I will never step foot inside that shop and I'll make sure to spread the word to all my clients, and the whole of waterfalls social network. This manager is shocking and extremely unprofessional. I cannot believe this shop is still open. Chateux gateux, this is disgusting. I totally get if people go home with the gate there is no return. Yes. But not even leave the centre? A few minutes? Really? And that manner to respect towards clients? Sis man. Your stores respect is an embarrassing face inside a centre where my own clients shop. Don't ever book with qatar!!!!. I will never in my life book with these frauds again!. Don't do it!!!!. I lost 5 checked in luggage bags in a transfer either in doha or London Heathrow, and they are doing absolutely nothing to help. My whole life are in those 5 bags. 5 large filled bags are a lot!. My 2 little girls and I own NOTHING to wear, I've lost extremely valuable things that cannot be replaced with any amount of money. I want them to track my bags! Send me to that airport and let me go to where they are and find them!!!!!!! All I want are my bags!!!!!!!! I can't sleep eat move on without them!. Qatar give me back my bags and do something to help FIND THEM. I've tried every means possible that you have given me and absolutely NO reply. Get someone in both airports to flippen go find my bags!!!!! I have the tags, easy descriptions, just do it!!!!!. Guys do NOT travel Qatar. You will live to regret it. They are complete fraudsters with NO HEART.
Do NOT use travelstart. I used the travelstart site to book flights. Chose option and paid. Once I received the tickets I realized how impossible it is to make the flights- short layovers- 50min in London Heathrow layover!!!!!! And 1hr and doha which is also impossible. I mailed them and they replied that there is sufficient time to make it. So I left it. When I arrived to check in - the madeira cashier told me it's impossible to make the layover in London, she advised I rather go back home and change the flight. I explained that I cannot do that and will have to risk it ( with two small little children). She told me this package is actually illegal ( too short layovers approved), but let me proceed with the check in at my own risk. She couldn't believe travelstart posted a package like this. I then mailed travelstart with urgent subtitles to help me with a Contact number should I lose my plane, and what I would need to do, who to call etc. Please note I couldn't afford a hotel or new flights. So what was the next step. 72 hrs later and not a single reply. Please note- no use to call them. They could take 2hrs to answer. I have screenshors to prove this. I made the 2 layovers simply because our first plan arrived 25mim early, and the following flight was delayed ( london)- never have we had to run so fast in our lives. We couldn't even go to the toilet. Then in doha- same thing. We got to the check on as it closed. I mean we landed when the next flight stayed boarding. This was so stressful that I had my two babies crying as we couldn't run any faster, as did I when we made it to check in. With all of this, we made it to jhb, but they have lost our luggage bags. All 5. I have a wedding on Saturday with the wedding outfits in, but have no bags or indication of when we can receive it. I will never in my life book with travelstart again and recommend no one else does. It's not worth the risk or the additional money you would pay to book directly with thr airline. Never again. They have absolutely no remorse and contacting them is worse then trying to contact our government. Shocking. Guys don't do it. Never, ever again.
