I ordered an urn that was supposed to be delivered on the 22 May (as per their commitment). Delivery hasn't arrived, no communication as to why there is a delay, no apology none whatsoever!!!!!
Order was delivered with item missing, driver said he would bring it but didn't come back, i called the store and they said they would attend to it, still nothing.....and the audacity to not call and apologize or reimburse me....or deliver the misskng item........THEY JUST DON'T CARE
Mtn has the worst customer service!! I logged a call and sent an email, the query has still not been attended to or resolved!!!
I'm a new customer on the Rain 5G network. My wifi keeps disconnecting and it's probably because of the weather, which i understand. However when i try to contact support for assistance with logging my query, it keeps saying" something went wrong" . I CAN'T GET ANY ASSISTANCE
Went to gallitos inner court to buy×3 chicken livers and pap ( as per their menu). The lady at the till asked the kitchen staff in front of us, if any of them would be 'willing' to make them for us. Response : Their frozen. We even offered to come back later and they bluntly said: not today!!!!! Why put it in the menu if you can't supply it. They should mention on their website that this meal is excluded on month ends....if that was the case

Why does Homechoice keeps debating R801.00 from my account? when the agreed amount is R540. Numerous times i called to sort this out, they say it's sorted but keep debating. Their administration service is nonsense. Even customer agents don't do any justice. Please FIX THIS MESS
Ithuba has now all of a sudden changed and requesting cistomers to COMPULSORY submit their personal details online. They want you to upload your bank proof, proof of address and id copy. What about the security risks of the customer????
Ordered blankets and bedding from homechoice. They promise to deliver within 10 days....it's going to a month and still no sign of the order!!!
I am experiencing a very bad attitude from Dr. N Chopdat PA/SECRETARY. A Simple request for a sick note extension and motivational letter for blood tests must take over 20 calls either unanswered or answered and told it would be sent but still nothing. It really reflects bad on the Dr as he is the total opposite of her, always willing to assist. She ( i didn't get her name) has no sense of urgency or the ability to want to assist you as her duties would require of her. Till this day I am still waiting for these 2 documents and continue to call the office 011852 4437.
