Super bad service with lies
8 days now, my wifi is off. Everyday we call in to ask for assistance. 1st day, a complaint was logged with Ref; SR260324-147586. 2nd day i got told there is an ar3a outage and the probl3m will be solved by the evening, 3rd day, a technician will call us to come have a look. 4th day, it's the area outage that was not resolved. Everyday there is a different story with no results. Today when I called, I was informed "that a technician was at my house on Friday 13:00 and the problem was sorted out and the guard house had a problem with the wifi, not the house" upon reguesting the address where this supposedly happened, it was not even my address that is registered on the account. Long story short, the call center agent said her manager will call me, I am still waiting for the call. 8days down but still have to pay the bill. Vodacom is ****** and unreliable to say the least! They are disrespectful and only cause trouble.

what a ****! they say "join free trial" and then a week in, they take your money! You fail to reach them, they don't answer your emails, nothing. big big **** and *****s.

These people just take money from your bank account, I am very disappointed, and when you try to contact them, you can't get hold of anyone, emails are being ignored! Such a big ****!!!

Pathetic unprofessional service.
Pathetic service. I placed my order at 18:26, it is 20.55 now. I called the restaurant to follow up on the order, only to be told the order was ready around 19.00 already Eventually. Eventually I got through to customer service. The gentleman said he will follow up and call me back. I am still waiting. The restaurant closes at 21:00. They have absolutely no problem collecting the money, delivery fee and tip. But ask for delivery.... different story!! This is not the first Pathetic encounter I've had with them. I'm done with MrD.

No service
I have used this company in the past and had minor issues, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So on the 4th of August 2023, in the morning I called and asked for assistance, the lady who answered the call told me she will call me when the guys leave the office. I called again later the afternoon and she gave me the same story. Saturday I called again to ask if they are still coming out and again, I got the same story "she will call me when they leave the office". Up until today, 8th August 2023, I have not heard from the lady or anyone else in the company. I will definitely not use them again and absolutely not recommend them to someone else! I am very disappointed with this company. If you are to busy for the public, then let them OR if you do not want the business, again, let us know! [email protected], [email protected]
