I used Zety to update my CV and was charged approximately R40, which I understood to be a once-off payment. To my surprise, I later noticed an additional debit of R385 from my account without any clear warning or authorization for a recurring subscription. At no point did I intentionally sign up for a monthly subscription, and the billing process was not transparent enough regarding future charges. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I have now requested a refund and cancellation of any active subscription linked to my account. Customers should be clearly informed when they are signing up for recurring payments instead of discovering unexpected debits afterward.

I signed up for a 14 days subscription with Zety.com for R39 and a few days later they deducted R385 for a monthly subscription and then say if you dont cancel the 14 days subscription the company automatically deducts the R385 from you account. If i wanted the monthly subscription of R385 i would have signed up for it to start with. How do you just automatically deduct money from peoples account its because Zety.com is *******. They make their money through trapping and *****ing from people. Have you mind paying attention to your reviews?

After completing a CV I was requested to pay R39 for it…today R385 was deducted from my account I don’t remember signing up for subscription at all It’s a **** please be warned I’m still waiting for my refund 7 days they say, why not now coz you deducted now, please don’t use their services

Be very aware of this big **** company!!! Every story is the same. You complete your CV, pay R39 for a 2-week trial. AND then they start subtracting R385 after the 2-weeks. I never agreed on paying R385 monthly!! (Why on earth would you pay a monthly subscription for a CV??) I know I will never see that money again, I cancelled my bank account number as well to make sure they can't subtract (*****) again. This is nothing else than *****ing!!!

Be very aware of this big **** company!!! Every story is the same. You complete your CV, pay R39 for a 2-week trial. AND then they start subtracting R385 after the 2-weeks. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way Zety.xom has handled my refund. I paid for 14 days access and, yet after requesting a refund, I have not received the full amount due to me. It is completely unreasonable that I am being told to wait 7–10 working days for a refund to be processed — especially when the payment was taken immediately at the time of purchase. This kind of delay shows a lack of respect for customers and poor business ethics. This is not acceptable. I wantvmy full refund of R385.00 in the next 24 hours I am demanding that Zety com process the full refund immediately and confirm payment without further excuses or unnecessary delays. I will not hesitate to escalate this matter further if it is not resolved promptly. Customers deserve honesty, efficiency, and professionalism — none of which I’ve experienced in this interaction.

I paid for a onceoff cv ceeation for R39 and all off a sudden I was subscribed for R385. Don,t teust this company at all they are ****mers in the worst way. Somehow I never even saw the debit going off every month. Very shady scaly company.
