PMB application isn't taken seriously
Honestly having the worst experience with this medical aid. Its been 3 months trying to get chronic medication on PMB, submitted everything as required, did the blood tests but I still havnt been approved1 reply

No service at all with the call center
I've been holding for 20 minutes, all i wannt is a proof of payment for an immediate payment.. ive called the bank numerous times... I cannot believe its taking me so long to get a document.3 replies

Failed to deliver my celebration cake
Have a birthday celebration and ordered a cake from woolworths Greenstone through one cart, they just told me they have no drivers and they will only deliver tomorrow at 10:00am. .. I am so disappointed0 replies

So close to giving up, 1life is avoiding me
I made a claim on the 8t of May, followed up on the 15th, again on the 28th, called today and was told they would call back. I was informed they would finish assessing 10 days after my claim, it is now more than 20 working days and nothing has been done. I am a stroke patient I cannot handle the stress and financially I am strained but they are not responding or helping. I have been with 1life for more than 5 years1 reply

Refuses to pay and now I am in huge debt
I am stuck with medical fees, others wanting to hand me over because the medical aid didn't pay them and I don't understand because I have medical aid to ensure that I am taken care of in emergencies. No one has explained why the medical aid refuses to pay for the hospital. I had a stroke I don't need this stress2 replies

Sies Bolt *****ing from me
This is the second time bolt has deducted money from my bank account twice. I am stranded because a trip ghats R355 ended up costing R525 and on Saturday a trio that cost R88 ended up costing R160 . How do I then budget if I am.bejnv ****med . Next thing I am told I'll get a refund jn 14 days... no way0 replies
