LEGAL DEPARTMENT
I'm trying to reconnect my cell number, after making payment. My account is now fully up-to-date and I cannot get through to the Legal department!! This is totally barbaric! I've been waiting 30 min on the phone and no one answers1 reply

No service delivery!! Contract needs to be reconnected
Im trying to reconnect my Cell C contract for the past week. No one in customer care seems to actually care or is knowledgable. I keep being told to speak to the "legal department" but cn never get through because they are forever out of office!! I have paid my entire account up to date and it a so disheartening that no one can assist me.1 reply
