POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
WINDSCREEN CLAIM STILL NOT SORTED - ITS GONE 2 WEEKS - DELAY WITH THE INSURER DUE TO THEM SENDING THE REQUEST TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER LATE , EMAILED THEM AND CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME - TO DATE NO RESPONSE

I had a car crash on the 10th of August then I called 1st for women as my insurer, then they put me through and called me back
I had a car crash on the 10th of August then I called 1st for women as my insurer, then they put me through and called me back. They assisted me with all the claims and explained where I had no idea.
