The worst certification company I have ever met. They caused malicious damage to my home, they overcharge, they double charge, and they charge for things that need not be fixed. And then their repair work is of the lowest standard having to come back and fix the same thing over and over. The certification you issue is not worth the paper it is written on as the things go wrong very soon after - and of course then they claim it is "out of warranty".
Xcurity has provided great products, advice and maintenance more than once. We are truly satisfied with the products, service and friendliness of the people. I would highly recommend them - much better than the other brands.
Although they are a KwikSpar, they have an excellent selection of their own produce which one does not find at the other Spar shops or other food retailers. These products are very well priced and sometimes even cheaper as the same type elsewhere. I can really recommend their own daily baked bread and cakes, own range of milk, cheese and fresh meat; and their prepared meals - especially the pizzas. And the people are very friendly and helpful, greeting you and chatting to regular shoppers. #SupportLocal

Although the app did not work - which caused a lot of frustration, I was assisted by the most wonderful, friendly and helpful lady (not sure if I am allowed to mention names) you can imagine. She calmed me, kept calling me back and really went the extra mile.

Benba Motors go out of their way for excellent client service and excellent services on vehicles. Every time I visited them was like being welcomed into a circle of friends. Thank you very much for your excellent assistance and willingness to help.
Mahindra Customer Service is NOT about DELIGHT, contrary to their logo. They refused to repair a vehicle under warranty, even though the vehicle was clearly defective. After the warranty ran out, they refused any further repairs - until the vehicle finally broke down to a standstill. They then offered me a buy-back far below the value of the vehicle, which I had to accept. If I did not, they expected me to pay for the investigation into the repairs and would then decide whether they would repair it or not.
<p>When buying airtime, I choose to buy airtime from my other Vodacom number. This option is ticked as being avaialable and the balance of airtime is given as R341 (or something close).</p> <p> </p> <p>I click to proceed and an OTP is sent to the other number. I input this number and an error is given: Error in provisioning. On phoning Vodacom (and wading through options and waiting for 5 minutes), I explain the situation to the consultant. They tell me that I have 0 airtime available to buy / transfer. So I enquired about the balance showing on the website. The person tells me that this is how the facility has been set up and I am interpreting the amount incorrectly. I should interpret that amount as the total airtime available - not the airtime available for transfer. So I enquire on how would I know if I do have airtime available. The response - I should know whether I have bought additional airtime and only the additional airtime is avialable.</p> <p> </p> <p>1) Vodacom is making a false representation of the airtime available for transfer / buy.</p> <p>2) They assum that the customer is an idiot for not being able that this false representation is not the actual amout available.</p> <p>3) instead of Vodacom showing the correct balances / breakdown of balances, they expect the customer to do this on the fly from memory.</p> <p> </p> <p>NOT user friendly at all.</p>
How does a bank lose a title deed to a house? And then not take the responsibility for the consequence of their actions - by waiting more than 2 months to admit they have lost a title deed? <br> <br> Due to their incompetence, I now have to wait 2 weeks longer to get my house registered, but I still have to move at the end of the month. Do they care about that? NO!<br> <br> If Standard Bank can loose a title deed, I will never trust them with a home loan.<br> <br> Regards<br> Gerhard
