Whole day my internet line has been off Flycool has no customer care line along with Vumatel. I can't even log a fault. I sent WhatsApp to various numbers provided but still nothing. They are quick for payment but can't service anybody with queries
My account was hacked and used internally or by a third party. When I called about a withdrawal I did not make the consultant insisted that I had made the withdrawal. I received an email with my Hwb account number and a total different bank account number, when I queried this I was treated as if I had ****** something. I never received the money And I currently use my Capitec account in my Hwb account. The payment was made to a TymeBank account. Please assist as I was hacked. Kind regards Aerlene Abrahams

I am tired, really, I was told to go to a branch to submit my refund request which should have taken 5 working days according to the consultant. It has been exactly two weeks later. I want my money back which was never credited to my life policy. I am not clued up on how to make a case against old mutual but as soon as find out you will be hearing from my lawyers. On Friday night when we arrived we told we cannot fill up petrol. The exact time was 11:50pm Because they are doing routine checks in a not so safe area. It has never happened before...
