Wish I could give less!!! Worst service ever! Empty promises and lies. The sales "lady" is just as useless as the branch manager. Very unhappy with the product and all the empty promises. Had to drive to the branch to just get the promised cash back. I will NEVER shop at Bears again!!!

As new customers we are VERY disappointed! From getting the LTE router delivered to getting the SIM card activated, it has been an uphill battle! The call centre does not anwser over weekends AT all - I was nr 1 in the que for over an hour before getting cut of - MORE THAN ONCE.... Thursday, after call (what felt like nr 10000), we where told activation is in process. It is Monday night and the process is still pending, after yet another few call trying to get to speak with someone! Once again ... "In process" Never before had we had this much trouble getting a home wifi activated! Even installing fiber was quicker!!!! Very poor ssrvice from Mweb

I booked a ticket with Airlink through Travel2be. Its been nearly 6 weeks since the cancellation and refund request and Travel2be says Airlink takes 12 to 14 weeks!!!! This is unacceptable - I paid a lot of money and have to pay a nearly R1500 penalty - I want just my refund back please. All emails have been ignored by Airlink.

The fact that you pay ALOT for the best possible care, does not reflect in the nurses attitudes! When told your loved one will be 45 minutes in theatre, any reasonable person will give or take a few minutes either ways. I went in after 2 hours and asked politely for any news and was bluntly asked if I cant count!!!
1st Class service at all hours! Friendly and super helpfull personnel when EVER needed. Rynard Kruger helped me after 22:00! All sorted within minutes. I never want another service provider, we will be Level 7 4Life!
I have been a loyal online client for a few years. The last 2 orders was handled very poorly with a could not care attitude. My previous order I did not receive everything and had to phone in twice before I got a little refund. This month my order was placed 23 Jan for delivery 30 Jan. I had to phone in every day and was promised tomorrow... tomorrow... tomorrow. Finally got it by 4 Feb. The attitude I received was really appalling. No one seemded to care or was willing to take one extra step. In the current economic situation I would think businesses would appreciate loyal customers a bit more. Or try to compensate for inconvenience
I ordered at 18:30 and paid online. It is 21:00 and still nothing!!!
