complimenting Level 7
Since I installed Level 7 WIFI, my tears and stress had disappered. My two previous WIFI companies had put me into distrusting any WIFI company in South Africa, till the agent of the last company suggested that I try Level 7. Yes, Level 7 team guys first thing they picked was my poor net work coverage in my area. Other guys never told me so. Immediately level 7 installed that higher poll: BOOOM! network. No complaints! No stress! Enjoying my WIFI now makes me think why didn't I know about this company after I had lost so much money on poor service companies? If I had not been advised by the previous agent to go for Level 7 maybe I should be grumbling and spitting fire to anything called WIFI. I thank the team which is very cooperative and honest. Too many hidden costs!!!
I'm really disappointed with the service and business ethics of Level 7 Internet. I've experienced too many hidden costs since switching to their service. On the day I installed the WiFi, the router had a fault. The team replaced it with a new one the next day, but I received an unexpected quotation fee, which I had to pay along with my monthly WiFi payment. I made an EFT payment and sent proof of payment to their email on 2nd March (as per their invoice). However, they debited the payment on 3rd March, which resulted in a bounced payment. Now, they're charging me a R98 fee for the bounced debit, which wasn't my fault. They're pressurising me to pay disconnect me if I don't pay immediately( which is ********* cause I’ll be paying for something that was suspended this month) I paid the R98 Additionally, I'll be charged another R150 to reconnect the service. And this is the first month this is concerning!

Bad service
We've been clients for 7 years and for the first time our premium returned. We paid our premium last week before they even informed us. This morning they sent an e-mail and whatsapp that our service will be suspended due to R99 outstanding and 5 minutes later the WiFi was disconnected. The R99 is a fee they charge because the premium was unpaid, but they already received our full monthly installment plus we must pay a R150 reconnection fee. I already paid an unpaid fee with the bank, so why I need to pay them as well, I don't know. So much for a loyal customer.

Bad service

Poor coverage
I am having network problem in my bedroom. If i want to use wifi i have to move to my dining room, same house now i am buying extra data for to use my phone. And recently i am thinking of buying smart tv in my bedroom so i cannot affort to buy more data while paying for wifi. They told you they have to install access point which come with extra cost. My question was how did their technician asses the coverage on my house before installing the wifi because i dont understand. I did not get respond
