Very disappointing customer service experience. Every time I call, the staff sound completely disinterested and unhelpful, as though assisting customers is an inconvenience. A more professional and customer-focused approach would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a Lenovo Yoga 8 tablet online end of November 2014. In January 2015 the tablet would not charge and when you switch it on it just stayed on the Lenovo logo. the tablet screen was also cracked by my nephew I took it to the Dion wired in Bedford center and I did inform them that if I have to pay for fixing the screen I will pay for it and I was informed that I would be phoned with the quotations for the repairs. 21 days passed and I did not receive any phone calls. I phoned Dion wired on the 10th of February and I collected the device on the 12th Feb after being told the device was fixed. when I got home the device was still not working and I took it back on the 13th Feb and the lady at the branch booked it again for repairs and requested that I give them a week. I phoned on the 25th of Feb and the lady in the service department informed me that the device cannot be fixed because of the cracked screen and I would have to pay the full amount of the tablet. <br> I'm not happy with the service and the response. it took more than 21 days for me to be informed what was happening and I had to wait another week.I'm not prepared to pay the full amount.
