Never in my entire life experienced such an unhelpful company as Nedbank They just hide behind the computer 5 emails up and down and still problem not solved Lucky we can with draw our little investment soon How they win awards for customer service is frightening
what a disaster trying to talk through ---secure chat---- eventually after 3 efforts ( previous 2 waited more than n hour to get a response and then oops we lost you due to inactivity) I got through just now just to speak to someone doesnt listen or read my request----plays it off due to powerball efforts and then try to tell him PLEASE READ my request oops we lost you due to inactivity what a shame ---what an *********** staff member
O my word It's 3 months later and Vodacom still can't solve the problem I've dealt with such a nice lady 3 weeks but it seems all for nothing Now they charge you for premiums which has expired
How can an upgraded top notch bank be so outdated with modern technologies We tried to do a simple change of address but because I made a hand written note on my levy statement Then you go to the competition Capitec and Nedbank and they except it as it is Then you take that proof and go back to FNB for change of address purposes Why should the lady from FNB so rude and unhelpful in the first place
Mr RAM couriers you've excepted my parcel from Vodacom 5 days ago We are still waiting You had the wrong address we've immediately corrected it on your system Still nothing

Still awaiting my cellphone since 08 March 2026 ,that I believe it was send back by our poor poor beloved Ram couriers Renewed the order Friday 20 March at 08h15 with a promise will priotirise for us Still awaiting
It's another week later It's another false promise Was told and promise on Friday 20 th March they will priotirise my order due to pathetic customer service of RAM couriers Just got told now it is not handed over to courier company yet
