Easy Equities
Horrible service translates to horrible company
Twice I opened urgent tickets with EasyEquities regarding a court order, and twice they simply closed the tickets without taking any action or even responding. They are extremely quick when money is flowing into their business, but when it comes to complying with legal obligations and paying out what is due, they ignore customers completely. This level of disregard for court orders and customer service is unacceptable and deeply concerning.

Indriver service trash is trash even higher up
I rarely use InDriver unless it’s absolutely necessary, mainly because of the bad reviews I’ve heard. Well, turns out they might’ve been right. I opened the app for the first time in months, only to be greeted with an “Account Blocked” message. I immediately reached out to support asking, “What did I do?” — and four days later, still no response. That’s the problem with copycats — they never seem to invest in proper customer service. I wish I could rate lower than 1.

FNB Business Zero Account is not Pay-As-You-Transact
The FNB Business Zero account is a ****. FNB claims the Business Zero Account is a pay-as-you-transact account and yet they deduct service fees from your at the end of the month. Pathetic.

Kgaugelo the ***********
Im only giving this company a single star because the only good service you get is when reception picks your call. The moment they transfer you to Kgaugelo then expect nothing but the worst service. I sent her screen shots of my proof of payments then she said "How certain can I be that these are genuine proof of payments?" so I sent her the bank generated proof of payment and she even confirmed receipt of the proof of payment but 24 hours later I sit with no electricity. Notwithatanding the fact that they charge me for refuse and sewage that I do not use. The cleaner at the building told me in no uncertain terms that "There is no toilet for you here" and I raised this with Weinprop several times but the only action they take is charge me monthly for sewer and refuse service that they DO NOT provide.

Zane the arrogant Renprop Agent
I believe every bad review on Renprop especially the most recent one that spoke on the racist conduct of one of the employees. In like manner, a certain Zane from Renprop came to our unit and rudely thumped (instead of knocking) on the door like an apartheid police. When my shocked wife opened the door she found a visibly angry white guy, we later found out he is Zane, who immediately spewed vile at her. He was condescending the whole time he spoke to her and falsely accussed us of refusing to remove our vehicle that he claimed was illegally park. I emailed Renprop to show me proof that we had refused to move our car from the visitors parking and that proof is yet to come(it does not exist). We cannot tolerate an uncivilised , disrespectful and outright clueless (I can substantiate this) Zane to walk all over us as if we are in his prison. Based on the complaints from others on this platform , it seems Zane does this with the blessing of his management as the behaviour is prevalent in the company. Its about time tenants and property owners consider other estate agents.

Capitec Bank

Not every foreigner is a criminal
I am a foreign national with a valid permit.I walked into the Johannesburg Capitec Branch on Rissik Street intent on opening a simple savings account.I asked for requirements and it turned out the only thing missing was my proof of residence so i asked if i could furnish them with a bank statement from another bank. The answer was a prompt "yes" so i returned with a bank statement within 20 minutes. The story changed as it went from "your company does not appear on our system so i have to email Head Office",that was Thursday last week so i returned in a day(Friday) and nothing had changed. They asked me to come back on Monday so i gave it 3 more days then when i got there on Wednesday(yesterday) the story had changed again to "your bank statement isn't valid as a proof of residence so we need your lease agreement".I left the bank in search of the lease agreement, the original is at Pam Golding Properties(the housing agency) so i somehow knew they'd give me problems so i returned this morning with my rent invoice for October 2018 .The Capitec consultant who by the way promised to call me when my papers where approved and didnt bother to do so even a week later then told me that "your lease has not been renewed" and yet he was holding a rent invoice for the current month not to mention he had the details of both my landlord as well as the property agent. This did not go down well with me as the bank is treating me like a criminal for a mere savings account. If that be the case then i'm better off where i am even though the charges are higher but i guess you pay for customer service.Cheap doesn't translate to quality.I'm fed up!!! NOT EVERY FOREIGHNER IS A CRIMINAL!!!

Unimpressed by the service i received
I walked into the Park Station Nedbank intent on opening an account so i enquired on the requirements for foreigners(which i am) as i knew they're more stringent for foreigners. The lady with a \ask me"sash told me i needed proof of address and my passport with valid permit.I even asked \""is that all?' because that seemed not too hectic and she responded \""yes\"".I returned about an hour later armed with that then she referred me to another lady who firstly assumed my proof of payment did not belong to me coz the surname and my face did not seem to match then she came up with her own list on what was required for me to open. This did not go down well with me because it meant i had to leave again to collect the required docs so i simply decided to leave and never return. That was pathetic to say the least and when i sent an email to [Email Removed] to voice my concern"
