Good Day Honchos, I would like to make a complaint against Honchos Trade route. I bought the family combo meal for R200 last night... To my dissatisfaction there was a worm in the Portuguese roll. I made a call to the outlet a moment ago and spoke to Emanual... The supervisor. He asked me to send him proof... After stating to me that customers like taking chances. Which is unprofessional and I don't appreciate the generalization there. Treat incidents as isolated. I sent him a video and he called me shortly to tell me that that's not their roll. He continued to say... It's fine even if you complain.
Good Day Pick n Pay, I'd like to report a recent purchase. I purchased a 5KG bag of chicken pieces recently. Some portions were cooked yesterday, the 15th December. The meat didn't taste good or fresh... I later experienced nausea and suffered diarrhea. My mom experienced the nausea too. Other members just stated that the chicken didn't taste good. I've been looking for the receipt and can't find it. These are the numbers on the package. Good Day Pick n Pay, I'd like to bring the concerned to your attention. I bought a 6L box of 1L cartons of milk @ the Pick n Pay Maponya mall. I'm not happy with the product. Each box turns off within a week of being kept in the fridge. This is the full cream, long life . UHT Process milk. The milk is still within the best before time frame, but has an awful taste. Milk is expensive and to have to deal with a product of this nature is disappointing. I now have 2 unopened 1L liter boxes... 2L liters that are used halfway and another 1L I had to throw down the drain. Good Day, I'd like to review Capitec Bank on very poor service and failing to even come back to me as a client. My review is related to the concerned ref number. ***** Case : 97313617 I reported ***** on my account in August 2022 and received the above ref number for follow up purposes. On a couple of the calls I made to the bank, I was notified by several agents that just over R2000 was retrieved and that it would take about 6 weeks for ***** investigations to be conducted and that this would be followed by repatriation of the funds back into my account. Each time I made a call, I was advised of the same waiting period. Its a year later and I've never received a call from Capitec. I would like feedback on what transpired and why I wasn't serviced, as a customer. Also why I wasn't paid the money back into my account. I want the money paid back to me accordingly.
<p>I purchased a meal from Mochachos yesterday and had some at work... Keeping the rest for super. When I got home I warmed up the rest of my super and it had an unpleasant smell. The chicken smelt spoilt and the texture was a little mushy. I had a runny tummy from lunch but didn't understand were it came from... Until I saw what the rest of my meal was like. This is not fair customer service to sell rotten meat. This is a health hazard.</p> <p>I will no longer buy food from Mochachos Newtown Junction. This is insulting to say the least.</p>

Then claiming that I've used my vouchers up on my phone, and that my subscriptions have used up my bundles.<br> I purchased 1GB on Sunday the 21st Feb 2016 and that that gig disappeared on Monday the 22nd Feb 2016. After a number of calls to vodacom, I'm still left unassisted. Again I was told that I have an active subscription... Of which I don't have. Vodacom is believed to be secure and trusted network... But is actually a piece of shit network, from my experience. This isn't the first time my data and airtime go missing and each time its happened... Its justified by my phone apps, subscriptions and so on. This is my most recent call to Vodacom and I want my data and airtime returned. 413088668. <br> <br> Please help.

Hi There,<br> I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Foschini.<br> Last week tuesday I visited the eastgate branch and saw a pair of ankle boots i wanted to buy.<br> I decided to buy the shoes, R600.<br> As i was making the purchase... I was advised that their system is offline and that my account was reflecting areas. In order to purchase the item i needed to pay a difference of R249. Which I did. After the payment went through Nthabiseng advised me that the purchase wasn't successful, yet the payment went off my account. I couldn't get the shoes. I told her i wanted the shoes and that she should reverse the payment and I paid for the shoes cash. I told her i wasn't comfortable leaving the shop without having received my refund. She told me there was nothing she could do as she has reversed the funds. Her manager came and advised me that the reversal should have reflected back into my account before the end of the day. <br> I went back on sunday to inform them im still waiting for my reversal. Nthabiseng told me to go to the cresta branch and enquire. It's a week later and even after I've made contact with the HOD i still haven't received my refund. Im extremely unhappy with the inconvinienc
