Dear Experian SA, Your service is not top tier, how is it that you are requesting information from the client instead of fnb credit card legal, everything has been sent to you, and you keep requesting the same information from me, please do your part of removing that judgement as you have an email from fnb legal. this is such an inconvenience

Bad customer service

We bought a piece of a furniture at OK furniture Diepsloot, it's been almost 6 months and we have picked up some factory faults with it , fine we want to the store , first time we were told to come back on Tuesday, which we did , and we were then told to send an email however to date no acknowledgement or reply from them, it's been over 3 days *** unfortunately uable to find ok furniture on hellopeter, I believe ok furniture is part of Shoprite group

Very *********** bank, Capitec is the Pits

Capitec bank is such an *********** Bank, no simplicity whatsoever, this has been Going on since May to date nothing has been done If you baking with Capitec, reconsider changing bank , they don't know what they doing. My mother passed on in April, and we have submitted all the documents necessary and now we are told 2 affidavits are needed for splitting funds .. I have then decided to make on affidavit authorising them to transfer the funds into my brother's Acc who banks with them. We have been to the branch many times I'm exhausted, complaint management officer Mbuyiselo Stuurman, has been mum ever since even after sending numerous emails to him .they keep close Incidents and creating new ones and I must then repeat myself.
