Capitec bank is such an *********** Bank, no simplicity whatsoever, this has been Going on since May to date nothing has been done If you baking with Capitec, reconsider changing bank , they don't know what they doing. My mother passed on in April, and we have submitted all the documents necessary and now we are told 2 affidavits are needed for splitting funds .. I have then decided to make on affidavit authorising them to transfer the funds into my brother's Acc who banks with them.
