Maponya mall chicken licken I and my fiance were very hungry then we chose chicken licken maponya we walked in and bought food and we'd already bought elsewhere our cold drink so ddnt buy one there, we got our food we ordered inside C/licken and tried to walk upstairs to go eat,,,, the security and staff there we cant go in to sit and eat with a cold drink bought outside, we were so shocked, we were turned away and told we cant sit and eat. It felt like a joke to us bcs its funny how dd they allow us to buy food with cold drink we had, why were we not told right at the door before we bought that drinks from outside do not enter the store Disappointed and ANGRY as we were, we sadly took our meal BOUGHT FROM THEM and there we left, went and had the meal in the car. Its very sad this kind of service/treatment doesnt exist in the suburbs, its only in Soweto Since that day we never returned to C/Licken no matter how hungry we are, we dont make tht mistake of getting embarrassed again BUSINESS OWNERS, ENSURE YOU TEACH YOUR STAFF TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS RIGHT, bcs you not there when these things happen, which is the reason why businesses FAIL. Coz we review/complaint however nothing is being done about it
The manager there ddint treat me right at all, i even requested for my refund what i had ordered and not happy about. This is the C/Licken I usually buy ice cream from all the time, this week i bought ice cream and the quantity/size of the ice cream was smaller than all the previous days i had bought then i asked whats happening now why is the ice cream so small this time coz i know is not this little coz i always here. The woman staff there escalated to the manager, my 1st time meeting the manager a young gentleman who doesnt have people's skills at all,,,, the way he responded raising his voice at his staff and myself asking me HOW IS THE CREAM SMALL BCS ITS ALWAYS THIS SIZE, told him NO, i always buy food & ice cream here and my 1st time seeing this small quantity ice cream, ddnt even bother reasoning with me he said if i want my refund its fine with him. I ddnt wanna argue with him as i saw how hes acting, i just waited there took my refund and left i had my day spoilt. Why would i buy there again. Id rather go ELSEwhere where my money will be appreciated with good service. Funny bcs this kind of service is only in the townships, but when u go outside in the suburbs the service and the food is always on point, nothing like Soweto nje. Now im forced to go elsewhere
Im am so disappointed at home choice more especially its call centre agents, i have been calling numerous times, airtime always just gets exhausted with too much long holds before one can actually speak to an agent I called again (5th time)today between 11;10 - 11;20 looking for a Settlement to pay off this account, the agent woman i spoke to told me way to get off, didnt treat me well, she was very slow on the phone servicing me, Told her ive been holding for too long my airtime is almost exhusting, Asked her to call me back, she told me she will not call me back, asked her to then make quick since she wont be calling me back, she said to me "Do i want to call back again when i have time &airtime". Im very angry with her Im no more gonna call homechoice back, im gonna live this debt hanging, the debt will prescribe over the years. Homechoice will be the one in a loss due to they service and uniffecient agents My airtime ended up exhuasting, guess what... exactly as she told me in my ears, she indeed didnt bother calling me back, though i gave her my ID number to access my profile Clearly nothing is being done or will be done by HOMECHOICE with sich behaviour, hence its callcentre agents behaves this way Continue this way HOMECHOICE, you affect no one else's brand &reputation but yourself!!!!
i am so fedup with ****** telkom, somthing is really wrong definetely with Telkom, my account has been supspended for no apparent reason. When i called this past Saturday, when they checked its up to date i was told they dont know why it is suspended as the Account is up to date TELKOM debited successfully on the 25th April, on the same day saturday was told to wait 5 hrs it will be unblocked, called again yesterday was told the same thing, 5hrs till now today is Monday acc is still locked. Im angry due to speaking to 3 different agents, i called again today a Monday and requested to speak to a manager I WAS PUT ON HOLD TO WAIT FOR THE MANAGER FOR 2 HRS am holding for amanager, eventually after holding that long MY CALL WAS DROPPED and put to a survey Customers who are considering contracting with TELKOM DO NOT i repeat DO NOT EVEN THINK of doing business with this selfish Network, otherwise you will regret it. There is a rediculous R202 fee you will be charged by Telkom if your debit order bounces even you have paid through eft and payment is on they side, they will still charge you. I kept on getting charged this R202 fee even when i have paid through eft
Telkom has suspended my contract due to not paying the R220 charged for bounced debit order. I called telkom numerous times to cancel the d/o because im paying then on the 20/21st of each month but they debiting. Does that make sense? They got my payment, debited me still on top of that charges me R220 because d/o isnt catered for,,, is there any sense to this. Im tired of TELKOM, gave them business again after my initial contract ended, now they do this I am not going to pay this non-sense charge. Am sending this matter to my attorneys coz am tired of TELKOM. I paid it bcs i ddnt want my line to be interupted
I love their delivery TAT they are very quick The E table I received is nice and fan works well. Table is worth the price though
IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED its been 6 months now not hearing from truworths maponya mall since theyve taken my phone which is not internet accessible, they have not returned the phone thus far. since they claimed that the phone fell into water, which water i dont know. i want proof of what they are claiming I am now forwarding the matter to my attorneys to interviene in this regard. They have my money for the mobile phone purchased but i dont have the phone
Yoooo Selin at the till point she is something else shaim on her!! I dont know what she thinks she is, whether shes a Selfast store owner, or has shares or an employee in store, she behaves like she owns the store. Very pathetic with **** hair and crackly make up on her face. I was very surprised did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, NO APOLGY, NO NOTHING FROM OFFICE for their employee's behavior after i told Selfast headoffice how she treated me and the 2 other customers tellng us where to get off, speaking to customers any how she feels like, I believe its bcs headoffice dont do anything about Selin &doesnt care how their customers feels like towards Selin's behaviour there, that one i wouldnt be suprized @all if she will swear a customer 1 day and nothing will be done about it. i think thats why shes behaves in this manner bcs the owners dont bother calling her to order. If you dont want broken hearts, crab, dirty and stinking service or to be treated as a customer that u are that brings money to the store...STAY AWAY i repeat STAY AWAY FROM Signet Lenasia Selfast,, you will regret going there because of that pethathic good for nothing store till worker there, who doensnt realise people like her dont get anywhere in life with such attitude like hers. Trust she knows a person's behaviour catches up later on in one's life in a long run when she's forgotten about it!
I am sick and tired, i have had enough of Truworths sadening service. This is a total reap off I purchased a new "USELESS" Nokia new edition, the phone is not accessing internet since i bought it, it never fell, its not broken, the phone is tachnically new Sadly when i went to the store Truworths Maptonya soweto to report the internet inssues they told me they need to take the phone in for evaluation. Fine i agreed. It took weeks about 3-4 weeks with no responce/feedback that i had to call them to ask when am i getting the phone back, i was told their technicians had sent me a quotation which to date i dont even know what they quotation is like or what it says, i was told that the phone had fell into the water therefore i have to pay to get the phone fixed. I got very irate as the phone never fell on the ground nor into the water like Truworths claim, i feel this is their way of not wanting to take the responsibility of the phone being returned. Upon calling truworths asking for the phone back, i couldnt believe what they told me... Busi at maponya truworths said I HAVE TO PAY A REJECTION FEE FOR NOT FIXING THE PHONE WITH THEM. Now i refuse to take this. I demand that Truworths take responsibility for their phone internet fault and either reimburse me or give me another different phone, else i will file a law suit against truworths. I dont get it why do businesses conduct they their business this way in an unsatisfying way VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER, I AM SO VERY ANGRY
PEP CELL TRADE ROUTE MALL ,,, stay away if you dont wanna hurt your feelings!!!! Consultant TSHEPISO I have never been this humuliated in my entire life due to the inefficient service i got from Trade route mall Pep cell. She is sooooo very disrespectful "IT HURTS" to customer, she told my sister and i wayyyyy to get off and only left what she forgot. That consultant there OMG she must be removed from there, she is not AT ALL fit for customer service. If you not happy with something she will tell you she will STOP ASSISTING YOU if you continue complaining and that you wont DO ANYTHING TO HER. WOW WOW WOW oh my word, that consultant she is really something else, she doesnt know Pep policy in terms of T&c stated on the Pep slip ,shes very rude, very impolite, haveless time &no effort to customer service, she is not ustomer centric shaim. She gives Pep a very BAD REPUTATION ,, it is up to pep if they want to retain their good reputation, but i tell with Tshepiso there,,, the store will not make money with her there. My sister and i bought a new Mobicel phone on saturday it wasnt working, it couldnt access the internet. then on Sunday we took it back and we found her at the till yoooooo that consultant OH MY GOODNESS ,,,, she takes a trophy for being disrespectful Pep cell, its up to you, im sure other customer have complained about her alread in the past. She doesnt respect her job at all, if she did she wouldnt dothat, even her colleague reprimanded her to stop what she is doing in fron of other customers watching,,, did she STOP? NO... she takes a TROPHY shaim
