Dealt with a very rude employee who said I should check my slip that there was no toy added to my child's kids meal. When I showed that it was in fact added on my receipt she immediately changed her tune and said they haven't had stock since Wednesday. Her colleague never advised that they had run out of toys during ordering or when I paid for the meal, when I tried to resolve and request if there is anything else we can get the rude employee rep**** (with attitude) "there is nothing the franchise can do. Won't be going there ever again!
I have requested many times to speak to a manager regarding a outstanding query that needs resolution but to date no one has reached out to me. Even if I try to call in, no one picks up the call. They just close my email tickets and ignore my replies that the issue has not been resolved. Please please, I just need to speak to someone who can assist other than a junior agent.
I am disappointed as I did not receive any competition entries even though I purchased groceries to the value of R500. All the staff could say was sometimes the machine doesn't print the competition slips which I think is a very lame excuse.
Couldn't exchange my smart shopper points for ster kinekor movie tickets as they had run out of vouchers. At least just put a notice or something to say the movie vouchers are unavailable. Was really looking forward to the movie but now I have to wait, movie might be off the circuit by the time the vouchers are back.
<p>I purchased a Famous Bowl along with other items on 26 May 2014 at around 18:40 at the KFC corner of Lenchen and John Vorster road. Upon arrival at home, I began eating and halfway through the Famous Bowl I found a piece of plastic in the food which immediately put me off the meal. I am disappointed as I know the high qualities that are set, I expect this to be communicated with the franchisee to ensure it does not happen again. </p>
<p>On Saturday 18 Feb 2017, I ordered 2 large pizzas from the franchise in Clubview Centurion. My oder was for one Bacon and one Europa but I had asked that they exchange the Russian topping for Chourizo. The cashier advised me that I can't swap toppings as they have been instructed not to do so (Not sure if this was instructed from Head Office or the Branch Manager) because they lose out in the end. Now I would like to know how the business loses out on this? I was exchanging a meat topping for another meat topping so the cost is exactly the same. I understand if I exchanged for example mushrooms for meat as they are priced differently but like for like? Doesn't make sense to me and I am a bit dissappoint with Pizza Perfect for this. Your competitors are able to do this but not yourselves and you could lose out on quite a bit of business for this. Thanks, David</p>
<p>I have been trying to a hold of the accounts department to follow up on a refund which needs to be processed for me but everytime I call nobody picks up. I previously dealt with a Riedwaan Haffejee who said it would take between 7-14 working days to process the refund, this has now lapsed and can't follow up with anyone in accounts as I have not been able to get through. If someone could please just tell me when I will receive my monies I will greatly appreciate it.</p>
<p>It is my wife's birthday today and I placed an order for flowers yesterday (04 Dec 2016). I did not specify that it needed to be delivered before 16:00 as I thought I had placed the order with enough time for Netflorist to deliver, its not like I placed it an hour ago and rushed it through! It wasnt even a big bunch of flowers, why did it take so long to deliver? Now I look like a fool because it seems like I don't know when is my wife's birthday is, as she will only get the flowers tomorrow (needless to say this was a surprise for her). This is the first time I use Netflorist and I doubt I will ever use them again.</p>
