Good day, MaxLaw I currently am not getting any services from you, but you guys gave debited my account for the second month, please note this is unacceptable and I don't want to have anything to do with this company, please note I have emailed and have not received a response I have called the numbers on your website calls get cut, so I need one of your staff to contact me for cancelling whatever policy or what you are deducting the money for.
Waiting 3 months for my sim and router they debited my account, and have failed to deliver, phone lines continuously go to voicemail when calling, now I need to get hold of them and get a refund because I have paid for something which I don't have
Kept up to date from start to finish, don't regret using them at all, thank you Debtline for your excellent service.
I took out a sim only deal from them, everything was going fine until i get a notice of cancelation from them, anyway i told them go ahead with the cancellation, anyway i owed + R2400 on the account, then last month I received a call from one of their agents informing me that i will be billed R4800, because i did not return their equipment, how do these people do their jobs correctly , when they don't even know what contracts their customers have, just shows the level of people we have working there, On the 12/05/2025, I receive a final demand email, i called in and after i gave all my details the line was cut, while i was holding to be transferred, and not one person called me back, or even bother to respond to my numerous emails, this is embarrassing for a company this size to behave this way.
Just bad service to buy 1 Tyre and have it put on the rim.

My brother in law started work here on the 15/07/20 worked until 26/7/20 and left the company due to the haphazard working environment, up until today he did not get paid for those 2 weeks he worked. these people are just users
In 2017 i was employed and the company paid 100% of the medical aid, the company then terminated my contract 2 months later after i had gotten my contact lenses, In 2019 i was called by their collection agency informing me i owe them R2500, you mean to tell me it 2 years for them to realise this and my thing is the company is the one who did not pay them not me. Discovery is a waste of money and time and i hope never to do business with them again.
