To whom it may concern I was referred to Melomed Bellvile for test and taking samples on the 19 March 2026. (Biopsy) They assessed me and took samples for testing of which they charged me R8424. As I am not in any medical aid, I had to go borrow money as I believe my life is worth than just money. I paid them R5000 in cash on card and made arrangements to pay the other amount off monthly. I also had to pay for a Mammogram that was R2350.00 which I paid in full. After that they said I have to go for biopsy which was R8424.00 of which I paid R5000.00 and still owe R3424.00 for the biopsy that I agreed on. I had to wait for my results which I had to go to my doctor for it the next week. After the results came back I thought I was done with Melomed as my results came back negative. “PRAISE GOD” To my surprise, I got an email from Pathcare the 30th March 2026 who send me a bill of R7551.90 that made me almost faint. I never had any dealings with Pathcare nor signed any agreements with them so why must I pay them. No one at Melomed informed, discussed or explained to me that they will take the samples and send it to Pathcare for testing and I also have to pay Pathcare separately. This is insane and open eye ******* that wants to make the poor poorer and the rich richer. I paid an amount at Melomed for my biopsy R5000 and made arrangement to pay the balance off so whatever dealing they have with Pathcare they must sort it out between them. Valencia [email protected]

Bad Service with No Customer Care and shifting blame to the customer So on 27th October 2027 at 13:14 I received an email from crocs confirm order of which I have paid and I was excited as I bought with the order two pairs of of the same crocs for twin girls. I think they were more excited than I am. To my surprise, I got another email from crocs at 17:51 stating: Hi Nigel, "Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, we have had to remove items from your order but don’t fear the rest of your order will be delivered as normal and a refund has been processed through your initial payment method. Please see below for the updated order: Order No. SOVZAZACRSY2066742 In my opinion, why did it take them almost 5 hours to discover there is no stock available as the system automatically deducts the quantities when orders are paid for. I believe that they have given the shoes to someone else who purchased afterwards and now they want to take the easy way out and blame the system. They will have to take responsibility and ensure that the correct shoes are delivered as I made payment and the shoes were available but they messed up and have to admit and correct and treat people / their clients with respect I hope and pray that this matter will be resolved in a professional manner and have urgent attention also letting it not happen with others in the future

This was the worst experience i had from takealot in the past 7 years. They must really teach their delivery personal ethics and customer service. The delivery came to drop my order and as i ordered two products and just saw one box, i asked him whether i can open the box, he said i must first pay. The more i told him that i just want to see whether there are two products in the one box, he insisted i must pay first and i told him how can i pay first if i dont even know its the correct package. He insisted to pay first and i told him that i will pay if i can just have a look in the box. With his arrogance, he said no and left with the parcel This is really disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. After waiting solong for a package and still to deal with such arrogance, I think Takealot must really do something and take their delivery people on professional training
They say first impressions last and definitely the impression portrait by I&R will be one never to forget in especially buying building material. I made a purchase of sand, cement and stone about a month ago and everything they delivered was not what I requested but rather things to increase their profit margin. It's been now a month and I'm still waiting upon my refund. Can someone please come back to me and take responsibility for their mess-up This is really bad for a company that promote themselves so highly People must be very careful to buy from this company I&R PLEASE DO RIGHT TO YOUR CLIENTS
What is wrong with Capitec Bank Loans department. I made a loan with Capitec that was supposed to be over 50 months of which i was supposed to pay a certain amount. I reduced the payment period to 23 months by paying almost double the amount of the initial payment. Now when i want to make another loan, they say i skipped one or twice a payment in the 12 months period. My debits went all off in the month of payment and credit score is above good and loan not in arrears. I tried to get hold of Capitec, they send me to Experian. Experian says there is nothing wrong from their side and says the problem lies with Capitec Whats happening Capitec
