Biddulphs Efficiency
I had the most amazing experience with Biddulphs Removals. In particular Dirashni in the booking department. From collections to delivery, their service was ten out of ten! Big shout out and huge thank you Biddulphs for a superb removal.

SAPS Excellent Service
I would like to give a HUGE shout out to SAPS at the Woodstock, Cape Town branch. In particular I would like to thank Sergeant Booi and Sergeant Thiso for being fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable officers going beyond their call of duty to assist me with regards reporting and following up on information with a car accident.

Discovery Insure
I would like to give a REALLY HUGE shout out to Sue Baloyi and Discovery Insure for an amazing job done on my Claim for my motor vehicle. Due to Sue continuing her investigation, she found the negligent party in the accident and has followed through to enable them paying my excess and for my vehicle! I am deeply appreciative of all that she in her capacity with Discovery has done for me. This amazing lady has help restore a sense of appreciation of knowing and trust in companies doing their best for their clients. SEACOM NO SERVICE!!
After sitting on hold to this company at their Johannesburg number for over 20 minutes, I requested to be transferred to Billing. The company proceeded to hang up on me. I called again, only to be kept on hold for 30 minutes. I then gave up. Obviously this company is not in operation. If it is it certainly has NO SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL!!!!!!! BTW I was first in line for 25 of the last 30 minutes

AWESOME MOVE
I have been using 2 Men and a Truck for many years and every move I need to make. Every one of the Men who work there are extremely friendly, helpful, very careful with the objects moved and know their jobs. My last move yesterday, had them winning the competition for being the Speediest Movers ever. Also had Mr Efficient Packer, never seen anyone able to pack a store room so efficiently. HUGE THANK YOU guys. Just the best. It is a pleasure doing business with a company like this.

Thank you Outsurance
I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Outsurance for going the whole journey in helping me sort out panel beating problems. After needing 2 separate claims and the company not completing the jobs, Outsurance brought in their assessors and ensured complete satisfaction on my part. It took awhile but Outsurance came up TOPS again. I have been with them since 1996!!!! And every time they have proved a trustworthy and SUPER efficient company in all respects. THANK YOU OUTSURANCE!

As a result of this I received a mail from Discovery Claim lady. but still to date no confirmation from my immediate return mail response, with necessary forms duly filled in and signed. I wait patiently.

Discovery Insure
Discovery Insure quick to want your business, but minus zero on service. I have been trying as a third party claimant to finalize my claim with Discovery Insure. To no avail. I have written numerous emails and made many phone calls and left messages. They never reply! From 9th September 2022 to todate. I am still waiting for closure to this matter. Shocking service. And they want you to open a bank account too!!!!

Zero Service from LIPTRONICS
Besides not even answering their phone EVER, they want to charge R450 upfront to look at the fridge that is not working. Tell me the problem, but not able to do anything on that call out; and then on another day have to return, with additional payment on my side of R450 call out, to MAYBE repair the problem. SHOCKING! NO SERVICE !I had to keep trying to contact them. Samsung eventually managed to connect. PLEASE DON"T USE THIS COMPANY

FNB Shocking/NO service
I bank with FNB and have done so for the past 50 years!!! Loyalty certainly holds no preference on their part. I supposedly have a Privat Banker, who is NEVER available. When I try to call any number the line just drops!!!! Consequently can never speak directly to my or any other banker. I have been trying for three weeks to get to see an banker in person who is also a Commissioner of Oaths tp have papers signed!!! Still NO APPOINTMENT. Why do I even have a bank!!!!
