I would like some clarity on the following please I went to one of you're SPARK ATM'S to withdraw money yesterday immediately after my transaction was approved to dispense the cash I requested from my Capitec account,The SPARK ATM screen just blanked out before I could get my money...I got a notification from my banking app that the money is out of my account,Upon speaking to my banking consultant I was told that I had to wait for 7 - 14 days for this matter to be resolved,what am I supposed to do until then I honestly can't wait that long I've got a family to support,I honestly can't wait that long for my own money and that because an SPARK ATM system malfunction...I just recently got employment what is my family suppose to live off for the next 7-14 days. I'm very disappointed in blue label connect What happened was I applied for a contract phone according my specifications upon receiving the phone through their courier on the 10 May,I inspected the device only to find out it didn't fit all my requirements on this point I phoned into their call centre and told them I'm unhappy with the phone and that I've decided to cancell the phone and that they should fetch the device on 12 May on which I was told that a courier will be fetching the device....up until now they haven't fetch the device and even though I cancelled my contract they proceeded to debit from my bank account....I really need this matter resolved ASAP this isn't right I would like a full reimbur*****t and for them to fetch the device like agreed I've been making numerous calls and not getting any positive response from blue label connect
Hi guys my wife recently went to Donna stores in Parow to buy a phone she asked Jody the sales assistant for the hi boost up device she brought her the hi boost go device and was told by Jody that it's the correct device Jody took off the tamper sticker and proceeded to put on the screen cover etc when my wife got home she took the cellphone out of the box and that was when she realised the device wasn't the hi boost up she wanted so she switched of the device left everything as is and proceeded to go back to the store the next day,she to the very same sales assistant told her that you sold me the wrong device and would like to exchange it for the hi boost up device Jody then proceeded to tell me they don't do exchanges and the tamper sticker is already broken I told her you took it off yesterday she says she sorry but she can't take it back I left the store then contacted HMR which they sent me CPA forms to fill out as I informed them I'm very unhappy about the matter and I really want the hi boost up device and I feel I was well in my right to exchange the device but was turned away it's been days now and no one has contacted me can anyone help me please.Roxanne
