Worst company Spark ATM
Worst ATM company ever!! We have are struggling with our Spark ATM at our shop for the last 2 months. This company just doesn't care. I don't know if the technicians isn't trained in fixing the problems? I will not recommend Spark ATM to anyone.

Worst company Spark ATM
Worst ATM company ever!! We have are struggling with our Spark ATM at our shop for the last 2 months. This company just doesn't care. I don't know if the technicians isn't trained in fixing the problems? I will not recommend Spark ATM to anyone.

ATT business owners. Use alternative provider
ATTENTION BUSINESS OWNER - DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. RATHER USE ANOTHER PROVIDER Terrible service since it has become NCR Atleos. I have an atm which has been giving issues. I have contacted them numerous times to fix the issue with no success. They promised me additional cassettes when I signed with them +-4 years ago and then made another promise that it will be delivered if I extend the contract but still nothing. They have very biased contract terms that allow them to fail on their SLA & slack on service delivery but when the retailer has issues they hard and fast on the rules. Stay away

SPARK atm not dispensing money. Terrible Capitec
I was withdrawing money from spark ATM. It showed an error message and did not dispense my money. On the bank the money is gone. I disputed the claim and nothing is done. Very unhappy. I have bills to pay

On father's day this year I went to draw R1700. The ATM just went out of order without dispensing my funds and receipt. I went to the other ATM next to the one that went out of order to check y balance and the funds was gone. I went immediately to the bank and logged a complaint. Today on the 27 June I received an SMS saying my claim was unsuccessful. This is *****. So what happened to my R1700. Something needs to be done . I am going to open a case at the police station.

SPARK ATMs Masoet Ghalieb bad consultant
I'm a client to sparkatm I had challenges with their ATM I called them they told me that they dont have technicians to come check the ATM.I stopped pay they rental monthly and reversed their debits.It caught their attention and they claim I signed contract I must pay them for ATM that didn't work for 3months.We I asked why they dont fix the problem so we can continue the guy was very rude and racial so he ended by saying he is going to hand me over to their Attorneys which I said he is welcome.The thing is I have risked my shop for bombing to allow them in my place using my electricity for free for such business attitude.Watch is SparkAtm is not weath to have it better other ATMs.

Dishonest rip offs.
I went to withdraw money from their ATM using my Capitec bank card. The machine switched off due to loadshedding at around 12:00. The money did not dispense and I waited for the generator to kick in when the machine went back online the money still did not come out (I was forced to make another withdrawal). My bank Capitec logged a investigation and they have declined refunding me claiming that the money dispensed, why would I make another withdrawal of it did? I am honestly disappointed at how their processes work and I question if thorough investigations tool place or it was just easy to say the money came out. A complete scam , seeing other reviews makes it a lot worse, how could this even be their brand?

Spark ATM System Cash withdrawal but yet dispensed
I would like some clarity on the following please I went to one of you're SPARK ATM'S to withdraw money yesterday immediately after my transaction was approved to dispense the cash I requested from my Capitec account,The SPARK ATM screen just blanked out before I could get my money...I got a notification from my banking app that the money is out of my account,Upon speaking to my banking consultant I was told that I had to wait for 7 - 14 days for this matter to be resolved,what am I supposed to do until then I honestly can't wait that long I've got a family to support,I honestly can't wait that long for my own money and that because an SPARK ATM system malfunction...I just recently got employment what is my family suppose to live off for the next 7-14 days. How is it that somehow SPARK ATM SYSTEM make it seem as if youre liable when things like this happen at their ATM'S.... THIS HAPPEN AT sparkATM Mother Of Plain Butcher Cape Town WCZA
