Hellopeter is a life saver in the literal sense. They assisted me in settling a dispute that could have totally ruined my prospects of being a home owner as a first time buyer. FNB & Groenewald Lubbe attorneys are harassing me over a settled issue on a smart device I purchased via FNB Connect. I have an email from FNB stating that the account is settled and FNB have a recorded phone call on the matter yet they still persist in threatening me with legal action. Donna-Claire from GLA has ignored 2 of my emails on this matter and whenever I call their offices or the given number it is engaged. This issue has caused me great financial distress because my home loan was almost declined and it has my credit score hanging on a thread due to their shenanigans and poor systems and processes. At every call and email, it's either I am being ignored or sent from pillar to post.

<p>At first I was disgruntled that I didn't recieve my purchase from CNA (https://hellopeter.com/cna/reviews/worst-customer-service- ********** 184#fbcomment) but when I contacted HelloPeter on Monday 2016/12/19 I received a call from CNA Menlyn management about my purchase on 2016/12/20. Thank you to CNA for responding soon but also thanking Hello Peter for such an awesome platform.</p> <p> </p>
<p>CNA Menlyn has the worst customer service ever. They have been out of stock of the FIFA 17 on the PS4 platform yet a closer mall, Brooklyn and Irene have them in stock. The worst thing about it is that they refuse to send someone over to collect stock from there even when you the customer offer to drive them there. I paid R5500 for my PS4 including the FIFA 17 game and till today I have had nobody from CNA call me to update me or come up with solution. Kumnandi manidla imali yethu ne!</p>
<p>6 months ago, I electronically transferred R540 to Midrand Action Sports because we were scheduled to play 2 matches each costing R270 each. My team arrived there and they only played 1 match. For the past 6 months I have been trying to get my refund from their Manager Charl Cowan who has been giving me the run around and refuses to refund me. Our contract with them ended on February and he still refuses to refunded me.</p>
