I recently purchased dog food and only half of the tin was filled with meat and the rest was pure liquid. I contacted Husky to advise them of the quality issue, send video's and pictures. The reply I received after answering various questions and following up as they didn't come back to me with a response was: "The ratio is correct according to our systems." (Summarized). This is a pathetic response to a customer complaint. You can be sure I will no longer support the Husky pet food range.,
Good service. Decent price. Very helpful staff, even when I forgot some items and had to include it afterwards.
Lancet bot responses on website are a joke. Unable to log into app if u have changed your surname (ie got married) . App doesn't allow you to log in. Phoned the call centre and was told that its against their policy to supply a lab report to the patient. Until I acted like a lunatic and asked 5 times, then suddenly their policy didn't apply anymore and I was allowed to get my own results. A joke !! And these are the people that deal with some of our most personal medical information.
Communication is shocking, telephone lines not in good working order that's why the calls get dropped, and don't get called back. Change the delivery address, and goods still arrive at original address after confirming with an agent verbally that it's out for delivery to new address. Unable to contact driver to give information over to sort delivery out - email communication only ?!?!?! Messages don't get given to management. Supervisors communication skills in dealing with a complaint is shocking.
Good luck to anyone trying to get hold of the recordings of the telephone calls. They will make it available for you to listen to at their premises..... but heaven forbid they have to send it through to you. Who has time to sneak away from work to deal with this?
<p>Nashua mobile went out of business in 2014.</p> <p>Complete silence and no notices / account details being sent out.</p> <p>Account was closed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now 3 YEARS LATER, suddenly Nu Debt has started to harrass a family member of mine.</p> <p>I have tried now for months to get this resolved.</p> <p>They cannot send you the Nashua statements or invoices to prove what was unpaid.</p> <p>They have a whatsapp number that doesn't get answered for weeks on end.</p> <p>To get someone on the phone to assist is like trying to find hen's teeth.</p> <p>Management doesn't return phone calls.</p> <p>They send out mails without the reference number, then when you attempt to resolve it then they demand that you give them the reference number, and when you explain to them that you never received a reference number with the mail, they treat you like a liar.</p> <p> </p> <p>YOUR incompetence is not my problem.</p> <p>I wonder if these debt collecting companies make any money at all.</p>
<p>I get phoned on my CELLPHONE, then the call centre person wants to know if this is a landline.</p> <p>Then i get asked to confirm the number. YOU JUST PHONED ME!!!! The number she repeated back to me was not even close to my number.</p> <p>She is looking for a person that is definately not me.</p> <p>And when i enquire about the business she is phoning from, she replies ARA. so i ask what does this compnay do? So she replies that she can't disclose that information!!</p> <p> </p> <p>What the hell are these people smoking?? So google showed me it is a debt collecting agency!!!! What a big secret that you can't disclose.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm so tired of people not using their common sense when trying to conduct business.</p>
It is nearly impossible to get a call centre employee of MTN on the line to speak to.<br> <br> The phone calls go unanswered for a very long time, such a long time that it feels like I am listening to a new radio station.<br> <br> If you do not have enough agents to answer the calls then it needs to be dealt with accordingly. You cannot have current PAYING clients stay on the phone for what feels like forever in order to get a query resolved.<br> <br> Very bad service. There was a reason for me moving from a contract to pre-paid.<br> At this rate you will loose me as a client in totality.<br>

I am shocked at the pathetic service this branch of the Harvard Cafe Franchise.<br> <br> They were not busy, and couldn't even get an order right of two people. I am horrified to think what happens when it is busy.<br> <br> Ordered a bacon and egg tramazini, and received a bacon feta and avo tramazini. When we told her we ordered a bacon and egg tramazini, she said to us bluntly that they don't have that on their menu. SO WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME THIS WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER????<br> <br> Waiter didn't explain the real problem and the manager came to the table uninformed and it is unprofessional to come and ask what its the problem, when your staff should tell you the story.
