I bought a Harley from Harley Davidson Mzansi in July 2025. I was promised that I will be given a free one year membership with the HOGS and also a luggage carrier rack for the bike as part of the deal. They did not have a rack at the time. After numerous emails and phone calls to the Salesman Morne and the sales manager they just keep on making empty promises. It is now 8 months later. As soon as they have their money they will no longer assist you in any way.
I bought airtime this morning on the mtn app for R99.00. I received an email from mtn and paypal confirming the payment. My bank statement confirm the money was taken from my account. however, I never received my airtime. After phoning the mtn helpline twice, they confirm there is nothing they can do about it. This is the third time this happened to me. They are stealing my money and not providing a service.
I placed an order for a PC graphics card on 15 December. I was told delivery is 1 to 5 days. I have not received any delivery yet on 23 December. You can not phone them, they do not respond to emails, nothing. I suppose my R1269.00 is down the drain. This company is pathetic, please do not buy from them.
I am a member of standard bank's ucount rewards program. On 29 September 2020 I redeemed 12500 points (R1250) by converting it into cash. The bank should then transfers this money to my tax free savings account at standard bank. This money is up to now not reflecting on my tax free account. After making numerous calls I have given up trying to get the money. A consultant phoned me today saying it was paid into my account, but the account number she gave me is not the same as the account on my standard bank profile.
I have no internet access since friday 13 november. After phoning them 3 times over the past 3 days i am. Told that they have a technical problem and working on it. After mailing them they simply do not respond. Cancelling the contact cost way more than my monthly premium because i apparently have a d8scounted monthly rate and must pay the full rate to cancel it. Is this not blatent manipulation? I am forced to pay for a service not rendered.....
In November 2017 a technician working for SMR security replaced our intercom system at home. The technician required me to go with him and buy a new system on his companies name. he installed the system and repaired apparent damaged wiring on the system. The system only worked for about 1 month and is malfunctioning again. After contacting SMR security on 8 and 9 January, they refuse to repair the work. Their reasoning is that the technician no longer works for them and thus they do not guarantee the work.

On 4 May 2017 we realised that our electrical geyser of our house is leaking. We phoned our broker the following day and requested a plumber. A plumber was arranged for the next day but did not show up as agreed. Another plumber was contacted whom also did not honor the time agreed upon to meet with us. The insurance broker recommended that we get a plumber of our one choice. We did this and he supplied us with a damage report and a qoutation. According to him and another qualified plumber, the geyser has cracked and is un repairable, thus it must be replaced. We submitted the report to the broker. On 9 May our broker informed us that the claim is approved and that the broker has arranged cash payout in order for us to replace the geyser. A week later the broker informed us that Santam is not accepting the claim because according to the damage report the plumber indicated that the nipple on the geyser is leaking and is un repairable. I phoned Santam on 22 May 2017 only to be informed that the claim has been rejected and that Santam only cover a geyser if it explodes. In my opinion as a process artisan a cracked geyser is an indication of an explotion. Santam could not supply me with a definition of explotion according to their policy wording. In the mean time I am without a funtioning geyser for 18 days no which is totally unacceptable

Hereby please evaluate my complaint.

I had a contract with a company named 'Tracker' since the second half of 2013.

In March 2016 I phoned the company's customer support in Johannesburg wanting to cancel my policy. The lady on the companies side informed me that my policy will only lapse in Jun 2016 . I complained that their company did not honour their contract with me stating that they should test the tracking device in my vehicle at least 6 monthly. This device was never tested and could not be confirmed if it is actually working or even fitted in my vehicle.....The lady representing tracker confirmed that on that bases she will cancel the policy with immediate effect. Since March 2016, Tracker continued to debit money from my bank account for the tracking device. In June 2016, I contacted them again requesting cancellation of the policy. According to them I had no proof requesting a cancellation in March 2016.

They once again confirmed that the account will be closed. Tracker however continued debiting the monthly premium from my bank account without my permission. It took various email, calls from my side to try and cancel the policy. Eventually I asked my Bank to reverse the payments they debited from my

account every month. In December 2016 Tracker again promised to cancel the policy after I threatened them to seek legal action against them. They reversed the amount of R260 to my bank account. Since then they are harassing me that I owe them R260 which my bank reversed from their debit orders. I emailed and phoned them instructing them to stop harassing me. On 15 April 2017, a person from Blake and associates contacted me, asking when they could debit my account with the R260 I owe them. I was very upset to be harassed again on a festive holiday time. I informed them that I will not pay any money to Tracker and that I am going to start legal action. I informed them that I would rather go to court and fight these corrupt people than pay them the R260.

Even now in May 2017 I often receive threatening sms's from them

Please help.

Regards
