Worst experience ever! Was in debt review! My premium and interest rate at the start of debt review was R16000 and 11.25%. My request is simple please change my premium to reflect what the current interest rate is after debt review. The interest now is 9.96% but premium is +-R18500! Premium should be closer to 15k. Just wanted my premium to go back to normal but to difficult for your people to comprehend. Your consultants comprehension to understand and resolve the above is astonishing. Lihle and Rossetta shouldn't be working for you in your chatbot as the comprehension skills are not there. Also Anna Mashia should get a warning as she drops calls! Anyway put in my cancellation for my Homeloan will ALL MY BUSINESS to Capitec! Millions lost for something so simple.
This credit bureau is holding so many consumer hostage. Just read the previous complaints on debt review. Debt counselor submitted clearance certificate via the CPB platform on Monday, my flag is cleared with all credit bureau's except this one. Some people have been complaining for months and still not cleared! BY LAW, SECTION 71 OF THE NATIONAL CREDIT ACT, THIS FLAG IS TO BE EXPUNGED IMMEDIATLY ONCE RECIEVED!

I had one claim in 3 years for a geyser that burst. pretty sure it didn't cost more than 5k in total to fix of which more than half was excess and they giving me a 40% premium increase! Madness. please cancel my policy i'll move to Santam or Sanlam! Inflation for the past year was < 5% and you giving a 40% increase! Criminal! Not even ESKOM tried to be this criminal. Beware when taking out home insurance with Outsurance and you make one small claim. My last date of cover will be 31 March 2022.
My wife gave birth and opted to use a mid wife. The mid wife charged R9000 to which we paid upfront and discovery to refund. When it came time to refund they only paid R1161. We queried this numerous times and the answer we got is that the midwife is a non designated provider and charged more than the scheme rate. How on earth is that more than the scheme rate for more than a weekends worth of work. My wife was in labour for almost 2 days and the midwife was there with her for more than 14 hours. Eventually my wife had to have an emergency c section as the baby was in distress (another story a together to get Discovery to pay). So Discovery please explain this to me and please log this with the medical cousil or medical OMBUD if there is one on how you pay a professional R1k for more than 14 hours of work! Next year definitely changing to Bonitas and you can loose 60k a year for a measly 8k you don't want to pay!
Been a customer of FNB since birth and never missed a payment. I applied for a payment holiday for my debt due to no income being received due to COVID-19 and instead of helping, FNB takes the opportunity to make more money and offer me another loan to service the other FNB debt obligations. So I am receiving no income but can get a loan?! Useless bank, will never tell anyone to use you guys again! Will be moving banks once covid 19 is over and taking my home loan and everything else to nedbank or standard bank as they are doing the right thing! So unethical! Will be phoning 702 on Monday! Criminals!
They debited me an extra R1500 more than what they should. They said it would take 7 days to refund which i fund highly unacceptable to which they said they could escalate the process if i send them a bank statement. I sent my personal bank statement to Nhlanhla Mabizela and still have not heard anything. My debit orders are bouncing because of their gross incompetence. From 5 stars to 1 star in 1 week. well done MiWay!

All i can say is that outsurance are criminals. When it comes to renewal increases beware. Mine relates specifically to building insurance. I got an increase letter saying that my premiums are going from R501.89 to R759.79. This is a 51.1% increase in cover. Whereas my building cover only increased by 8%. I phoned in to cancel and they couldn't do anything about this, it is just the way it is and that is the price you have to pay. Just note it may be reasonably priced now but come renewal time they will ***** you!
