Thanks to Supersonic Superservice,I JUST LOST $3 MILLION two-part Movie Film Score Deal (That $4 490 000 WASTED DUE TO SA SERVICE INCOMPETENCE!!!) I am Music Composer, like my G,Granfather "Niki" Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, but jobless in SA since 1998, and searching for 8 Years abroad, I finally got a Film to score. After receiving "Dailies' (Scenes recorded per day and emailed to me) from Production team, I compose the music keeping in mind SFX etc. THAT'S DONE TAKING ME 3 WEEKS!!! Yesterday 16th Feb. Internet went off. No emergency after hour numbers! I phones Supersonic FIRST THING nest morning 17th, PERPETUAL PROMISES TECHNICIANS ARE DEALING WITH THE PROBLEM. I WAS DEALING UNTIL 10 PM, FID EVE! USELESS! IT IS YOUR LAZY, UNPROFESSIONALISM, LYING TO CUSTOMERS, ALWAYS BY THE PUSH OF BUTTON DISCONNECT SERVICE DUE TO MONDAY SALARY AND NOR THE PREVIOUS FRIDAY, BUT BOY, WHEN WE NEED HELP...IT TAKES DAYS...IF ONE CAN FIND SOMEONE ONLINE TO HELI! South Africans, when you see "Supersonic Fibre" Ad...RUN! Cape Town, city without water, electricity, enough domicile, jobs, no basics like water at pavements and parks for millions without homes, 2 National Roads that NEVER is completed, yet China buil entile Hospital in ONE WEEK! Russia have floating nuclear power stations to serve areas without power...BUT...SA cannot connect ONE darn modem to a Fibre Network! <p>Last year, 6 October, after withdrawing some cash at anFNB ATM 80 meters from a Kwik Spar, R1000 every 30 seconds was withdrawn from my CAPITEC account until R13 000 in total was stolen by someone. I got these notifications on my mobile phone. IF he had my PIN the only place that a PIN can be used is a bank or Atm. Banks will find R1000 every 30 seconds curious, so he had to use an ATM. Since the withdrawal started about 15 seconds AFTER my withdrawal at the FNB ATM, the ONLY/NEAREST ATM is the one inside the SPAR. Obviously, we went to CAPITEC to block the account. We went to the Police to report the matter who told us that those ATM's had been robbed before. After "Investigation" by CAPITEC and "FNB" the ombudsman concluded that IT WAS MY FAULT...Case Closed!!! Nê!!</p> <p> </p> <p>MY OBJECTION to ombudsman and my attorney:</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like you follow up on the letter I just emailed to you. I must say that after speaking to my attorney (which confirms that this sort of thing happens quite a lot), I am disappointed with JUSTICE!</p> <p>We, the voters/workers/taxpayers are NOT fairly represented justly when we are being treated in such deplorable way by those appointed to serve on the best of our interest. I have read your previous email and quite honestly this left me with some intriguing mysteries: Please if I may venture a few concerns:</p> <p>1) You mentioned that my PIN was used to allow the thief to withdraw R13 000 from my CAPITEC account;<br />2) The question is WHO is this thief and HOW did he get my PIN, as the person using the FNB ATM next to me was going about his own business. Although he tried to help me get my card out of the ATM, he never saw me enter my PIN. You say there was no cloning involved…how do you know THAT!;<br />3) IF my PIN was used, the thief had about 30 seconds to start withdrawing the money from my account as my mobile phone started the withdrawal notifications about 30 seconds I left the FNB ATM…and by the way, at that moment there was NOBODY at the two ATM’s.;<br />4) AS you know, my PIN can only be used at a bank or ATM. The Thief would not use a bank because it would look too suspicious…so the nearest ATM he/she could us is the one (ABSA) in the Kwik Spar, about 40 meters away. Have you investigated THIS matter?;<br />5) Every ATM keeps logs of transactions. IF my PIN was used, then I demand from you a report indicating WHERE…AT WHICH ATM was my PIN used and how CAPITEC will allow this kind of withdrawals to take place as someone always phones me to check if I am the one doing the withdrawals; thus<br />6) I would like a detailed report from your investigation concerning How my PIN was used; WAS my PIN used, at which ATM/BANK was he funds withdrawn; why there was not security measures in place to prevent such theft and investigation of the relevant ATM logs.</p> <p>I am creating a YouTube video about this whole matter which will include pictures of the FNB ATM’s, Police report and ALL correspondence between all the relevant parties…your unacceptable incompetent findings as well. I will release this video on YouTube (after I hear from you again) and warn EVERY South African how we are being treated when robbed at banks. I believe my attorney some only get up to 80% back of their stolen money! My Absa banking account 116272547 is with the Heerengrach branch. In November 2015 I went to the Claremont branch and explained my situation to the Manager. I told her that I was unfairly dismissed and that I am busy with the CCMA to get me back in my job. I further explained that I'm busy with sorting out my stop orders and that they must please give me time because I cant close my account as my civil pension is monthly deposited in that account. It takes time for the Dept of Finance to make arrangements to pay my pension in another account. The manager at the Claremont Branch assured me that she will contact the Heerengracht branch and explained my financial position to them and that they will contact me in due course. The never contacted me and since November they deducted R3 000.00 for transaction fees which I cant afford. My monthly pension is R8 500.00, how can they deducted R1 500.00 for transaction fees. I asked them to please give me time to sort out my pension with the Dept of Finance so that I can close the current ABSA account, but they did nothing. Please help me, I cant survive.
