Are these guys real or *****sters. They took my money. Their phone number is non existent and I paid with just pay now and no one answers and the chat is not helpful at all when I told them these people are telling me another week for my stuff

Never ever purchase online go into the store because you chat and email them that the colour shown onsite and the product received is different and they say they will arrange a pickup and never do
Bought a corner set to be delivered before Christmas and wasn’t happy with the result of the leather and quality. Sheena Pillay from the Umhlanga branch assisted soo much to get me a replacement one that was delivered today and definitely is Coricraft quality. I was soo disappointed with the initial delivery I asked them to take it back on delivery which they said they couldn’t but the store and Sheena was into it so promptly and yes I paid a difference but now have fully leather upholstered stunning couches. Thanks so much for assisting I would have been stuck with something I paid alot for that I really really was unhappy with
What is going on with my refund I paid you for something you didn’t deliver one was a third party item but the other 2 were from the store I was most upset with your service. Don’t be ******* I want my money back. It’s been months
If I could rate them zero I would. I ordered 2 of an item they delivered 1 only to be told after hours that it's a market place seller and I need to wait 14 days for feedback. Whilst waiting for this order I placed another order and after paying I was told it's awaiting payment. A guy named Connor Glorus who supposed to be a supervisor advised it's with the finance team the money went through but system didn't allocate it to the order. I was mortified I paid for something my.money is sitting not allocated to the order he has to have it released then a replace a new order. He promised to call me Tuesday morning with information on the missing item delivered from marketplace and my order where they say was not allocated to the order because of a glitch in the system. It's Friday no one has bothered to contact me ail or otherwise. They a tree e ******* and rob people. Market place orders are ****s
