I struggled to buy the tickets, it automatically selected two tickets when I only wanted one. I then used the whatsapp line and spoke to Sabri. He sorted it out within 5 minutes. That is amazing service
I was doing enquiries with the admin team (which is useless by the way) to enrol my daughter for swimming. They sent me a link to pay and I did so. Only after I paid and when I wanted to make a booking for her lessons, I was told that the pool is not conducive for swimming. I find this strange because my daughter attends the school where the lessons are held and they make use of the pool 3 out of 5 days. I’ve been trying for the last 2 weeks to get a refund. My daughter hasn’t even met a coach. Nothing was started, why can’t I get my money back to put her in a swimming school where she will actually benefit. You people are a bunch of ****** and I will stop at nothing to expose you! I am now being ignored by your admin team completely and you are sitting with my money and not rendering a service. That’s appalling!
Good day It is with utter disgust and deep disappointment that I am sending this email. On Sunday 05/05/2019 my husband and I returned a shoe that was bought at the Wesgate mall branch on the 10/03/2019 (see attached slip). The slip clearly states it may be returned for a full refund by the 09/05/2019. As you can see on the pictures attached this shoe has a cut in and it is also opened infront. Bear in mind the shoe is about two months old (INCLUDING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS). We spoke to the cashier *****do and showed her the attached slip (it was on my husband's phone) we did not have the paper slip. He confirmed with the operator at Wesgate mall, if we do not have the paper slip if a picture of the slip will be suffice and the girl said YES! On Sunday we were humiliated when we were told this will not be accepted with a line of people standing behind us. We requested for the manager - Rubin Kekane who refused to make a call on this refund. And we chose to do a refund because as you can see in the pictures, Woolworths school shoes are utter rubbish. I have two problems with this : 1. The manager we spoke to was more concerned about a slip that we didn’t have a hard copy of than the actual quality of the shoe. He did not even look at the shoe, not even touch it. they didn’t look at the slip to see when it was bought. Nothing! All he kept saying is "sorry we can't help" he didn’t even take our details to find out if he can do something about it and get back to us nothing. IN THIS MOMENT, WE FELT LIKE WE WERE NOT CARED ABOUT AS CUSTOMERS. 2. IF he wanted to go the extra mile for us he would phone Wesgate Mall branch and request for the slip to be printed by them, as we were told afterwards this could be done, he didn’t even bother to do that. Instead, he allowed two unhappy customers to walk out of the store and go to JET to buy a pair of shoes of R249 (see attached proof) where we received far better customer service. I want my refund, so In the response of this email I expect an instruction advising us to go back to the store for the refund to be processed no questions asked. I also expect an apology from this manager with his extremely aloof attitude he had towards us. Guys, we are your customers. There, attached is the proof of payment how dare we be sent away for a measly R140? I asked him, should I send my son without school shoes tomorrow and he didn’t even care. I know you get hundreds of feet in your store and one customer probably won't make a difference but I can guarantee you, if I do not get a positive response within 48 hours I will go to social media. In this day and age I can’t see how you don’t do things electronically. Besides that, my husband was advised a picture of the slip will be fine. When something is exchanged by you people you usually make a copy of the original, give the customer the original and keep the copy for your records so I do not see what the difference was in this case? They mentioned something of terms and conditions, if I were interested in that I could read it on your website!! I expect a response as soon as possible, this atrocious service will not be accepted! Whether or not I am a loyal customer, not me nor any other person deserves this type of treatment when we chose to support your business!!! The above email was sent to two different email addresses: ********** and ********** it was sent on the 07/05/2019 and to date I haven't received any feedback. SHAME ON YOU WOOLWORTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I expect an answer to my query or next I will go to Instagram and Faceboo****!!!!!!!!!
<p>My partner bought me a pair of 9ct gold earrings last year in the week of 4th February.. about a month ago my one earring broke off in my ear half way on the stem.. I took it in and spoke to Zara at the promenade store who said it will be sent away and the technician will get back to me.. about a week later I got the following sms "your earring could not be fixed because it's too hollow" with the stores contact number.. besides the message being extremely ***ue it's extremely unprofessional as well!! Anyway I left it- but then on the same day the other earrings stem broke off completely!!I then complained about this on the website and was called and the lady said she would get back to me.. that was about 2 and a half weeks ago.. last week I laid a complaint again and was called once again because it was sent to head office but nobody communicates with me!! Now my frustration comes in where I need to phone after you people for progress and also how can such expensive earrings only last a year? I buy myself earrings aT game for not even a fraction of the price but it lasts me for years! So what **** are you selling to customers at such ridiculous prices? If I do not get a satisfactory outcome I will make sure that this complaint goes viral! So that people can see that NWJ does not sell quality at all.. I am completely differentand utterly disgusted at both the quality and service of this company!!!!!</p>
On the 26th April I spoke to Tshepiso in the fraud dept regarding my money that was just taken from my account.. an extra R200 was taken from my account unauthorised and I was told it's for a contract I had in 2013.. BULLSHIT!!!! money cannot just be taken from someone's account without their consent and I requested for my money back from Vodacom and Tshepiso said he will send me a reference number via sms and I am still waiting for it.. he also said by Thursday I should have an answer.. this isn't the first time this has happened with Vodacom,last month R70 odd was also taken from my account.. when this crap is sorted I am cancelling my debit order and paying it myself because this is stealing! I want an answer and do not close this report because u people are in the habit of just calling a customer then writing on the report that it's been resolved when it's still miles away from being resolved.. I will write abother report if I get no joy from this!!! Damn expensive rates and you still stealing from customers!!! What a shame
I am beyond pissed right now!!! I just got a delivery by one of your drivers but the guy that was passenger came to deliver it to the door.. I have a 5 month old daughter and I was putting her to sleep the time they came, he knocked twice then shouted into the window!!!!! What ethical person does something like that? Not only did he wake my daughter he laughed at me to my face when I told him this is uncalled for.. he kept back chatting and no apology whatsoever!! He had a damn nerve to tell me he doesn't know what my problem is, are you freaken kidding me!!! Once I signed he told me again that I didn't come to the door that's why he shouted and laughed at me once again when I told him not to shout into my house!! Who the hell does this guy think he is? Is this the type of customer service you guys offer to people? When I told him I am going to report him he told me to do just what I want to.. bladdy rude and unprofessional!!! For such a well known and much used company I would think that you would have people working for you to uphold your name and not drag it through the mud like their stinking attitude!! He refused to give me his name after I said he is being reported!!
I have just about had it with Vodacom! yes they may be the best network but the customer service is pathetic to say the least! My laptop was collected by let me repair on the 23rd July - it is almost a month ago.. I received a statement to say I have to pay over R500 for travel and packaging which by the way I did not put in the request for it to be collected. I escalated this to the customer service department on the 12th August, on the same day Megan Meyer emailed me back from customer care and the next day Rashieda emailed me back both saying the same stupid thing that It is being escalated! so how many damn times should it be escalated for me to get my laptop back? I am the customer - let me repair is a third party that Vodacom deals with so why do I have to go through this crap with them? I am a student and I need my laptop I cannot stay at work everyday to finish assignments and what about studying for exams? with a baby on the way I do not need any unnecessary stress and that's exactly what Vodacom is giving me.. I will look for many other sites to complain on since I cant get hold of your CEO!!!!!! Vodacom's people are incompetent - no two ways about it!!!
On the 06/07/2015 my mother went into the store and bought an item from Truworths.. when she got to the till the item scanned for more than what it was on the label and the cashier said she cannot give it at the price on the label because it scanned more.. my mother then said she is not paying the scanned price because that's not whats on the price tag and the cashier then called the manager who had the same pathetic notion of my mom having to pay the scanned price. As a consumer she has the right to get it at the price she sees and what was even more disgusting was that indirectly they made it seem as if my mother changed the price I mean really - so she is supposed to walk with a swing tag gun in her bag even though the description is the same? The manager didn't even have the decency to apologise and my mom had to put up a racket first before they actually assisted her with the product.. my mom is a loyal customer at Truworths, this happens quite a few times with her even at other branches too especially promenade.. The managers must make sure the shop assistants prices things correctly, IT WILL SAVE THE CUSTOMERS THE EMBARRASMENT!!!!! if no response here I will take it further!
On Saturday My mother, my sister and I went to fashion express shoes in Promenade mall.. Upon arrival in the store there was a short light in complexion girl at the till assisting a customer and may I add this girl gives us excellent service everytime we walk into the store.. When we came in Maryke was sitting on the white display thing with another girl with longish hair. I then went to the boot that I wanted and the size 6 didn't fit me.. I then requested a size 7.. the poor girl at the till could obviously not get away and called maryke as the other girl was apparently OFF DUTY! Maryke then came on her own time and asked what size I needed.. I said size 7 and without even looking she said ? don't think we have that size\ there were two diffeen kinds
On the 29th March I went into the store to purchase anti - virus for my laptop.I wanted to purchase the mcafee as I had it on my laptop but it expired.. So instead of purchasing the R149 software I went after the salesman who told me to purchase the panda one instead for R329.. The viruses were quite bad and I thought this guy would know what he is talking about so i should go with what he says.. I then took that one and have had endless problems ever since.. no matter how much times i do a full scan which mind u takes 2 days to do, it does absolutely jack for my laptop.. I am studying and cant even use my laptop because of this stupid viruses and i have an anti virus ii cant even utilise!!! I do not have a slip or the card i bought it with as i was involved in a smash and grab the same day and it was in my wallet.. I would appreciate some feedback on this.. i do not want this software as it is frustrating me that i cant even use it!!!
