Trap
They want to know to your physical adress and all your personal details before they send any bank details but they are an attorney firm which is unual ... you do not need to give an attorney firm your physical adress to get bank details to make payments.... If you do not feel comfortable giving your physical adress then they will not give you bank details. One of thier consultants slammed then phone down on me and threatened too end the call and I told her then do so because I am going to complain on Hello Peter ...

Extremely Disappointed – What Happened to FNB Law On Call ?
I used to be impressed with FNB's Law On Call legal insurance service – they were responsive, professional, and reliable. Sadly, that no longer seems to be the case. I’ve sent emails requesting legal advice, and no one replies – despite their policy documents clearly stating they are available to assist. When I phone to follow up, I get passed around or spoken to by staff who sound like recent graduates, completely unaware of the ongoing lack of response from their team. Even more frustrating is that they seem to think it’s perfectly acceptable to ignore legal queries from customers. There is no sense of urgency or accountability – it’s as if customer service and professionalism no longer matter. This is not just an admin issue – it’s a serious service failure. FNB, what is going on? Please get your Law On Call team back to the standard it used to be. Right now, it feels like I’m paying for a service that simply doesn’t exist.

Being charged by 1Grid for services I no longer use – possible *****?
I’m extremely frustrated with 1Grid. I moved my domains away from them over 6 months ago, yet they continue to send invoices and charge my account for services I no longer use. Even worse, one of the websites they’re billing me for was not renewed, is offline, and has been inactive for months—yet I’m still being charged for it. I don’t see how this is legal, and I’m honestly starting to question whether this amounts to *****. I've tried to resolve the issue, but the charges persist. At this point, I feel like 1Grid is charging for ghost services. I would not recommend them to anyone until they sort out their billing practices. If anyone else has had a similar experience, I encourage you to speak up too. Customers deserve better transparency and honesty.

Decline in Service Quality
I’ve been a fan of Law on Call for some time, always telling people how great they are due to my helpful experiences with them around 2017 and 2018 but my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. I reached out with an urgent query on 4 December 2024, and despite their promise to respond within 48-72 hours, it is now 20 December 2024, and I’ve received no assistance. This lack of support is particularly concerning given the importance of the matter and the large team they appear to have. It feels as though the service quality has significantly declined, and queries are being handled by inexperienced staff. Unfortunately this is the second time this has happened this year, 2024. Law on Call used to provide exceptional service, but my recent experience has left me questioning their reliability. I hope they address these issues to regain the trust of their clients. If you would like to reach me regarding this, please email me. Thanks very much.

DON'T HOST DOMAINS WITH AXXESS BEWARE
Hotsing website. Hardly ever reply to tickets and sometimes when they do they ask or say something that does not help ... issues not resolved for a month. I also get told to call in and when you call in then it will say busy phone number. Now I want to take ny hosting somewhere else and they do not want to release my domain name because they want a months notice and another guy is saying he wont release my domain name because there i an outstanding invoice but I don't want to host my site with you and you are not sticking to your end of the bargain saying you will give us support.... So I do not know what to do. I want my website back now so that I can give it to another service provider that replies.... also funny how all of a sudden when I say cancelation then I get replies.

FNB NOT MUCH SECURITY ON CALL CENTRE LINES AND ONLY ASK ID AND NUMBER ON BANK CARD AND SOME DEPARTMENTS ASK FOR PIN BUT NOT OTHERS....THATS VERY DODGY
FNB Call Centre, when you call in the first thing before you talk to anyone is now that you get verification they ask for your ID number and your details on your card. So anyone can use your details. Some departments ask for pin for card and others don't. That is dodgy.... My purse was stolen with ID and Driver's licence and the thief swiped my Dischem card at Dischem and used the points on Dechem card to buy things.... I cancelled my bank cards on the FNB App tho. How do I not know if they call into bank just with ID and those cards can do things eg take out loans or credit on my name if there isn't that much security? I got an sms saying my card is canceled today. I didn't authorise. When I called in to ask I was only asked for ID number and card number to go into my profile and then told that courier cut up the card. When I ordered the cards and saw that it is not in my budget I requested them to cancel the cards and have been doing banking without cards but that was a few months ago so they kept the cards, then why didn't they cancel them and also then your guys call centre kept calling me asking me when can they drop cards and I repeated numerous times to please cancel the cards. I feel like as a customer we are punished if our Bank Cards and ID's get stolen. To replace our bank cards is R500 and also little security of banking profiles. I can't skip credit card payments or bank charges to instead pay for my new card as guys hand people over ... Please can you guys relook at macro economic factors such as crime and peoples affordability of cards and bank charges ect as well as the status of cards if cancelled as well as security? Thanks When I went to police station I was told that it is not a crime that my purse was stolen so could not report my purse stolen and only make an affidavit. Another thing is call centre calls to ask about delivering cards and say they are a courier service and when you cancel the card they keep calling asif they don't capture in the system what you last said to them.... that's dodgy....? Please can you guys make the security stronger as even on Radio 702 a few weeks ago I was told a guy that was unemployed had a R100 000 loan on his name made at FNB when someone used his details to make a false loan and FNB keeps calling asking for the installments.... I really don't want that done to me. Also I wanted to ask Legal department after being on three different departments about my card and about the security issue and sms I received and they cannot call you back as your guys call centres are inbound only.
