I enquired about an apartment I wanted to rent with the agent mentioned above. After 5 days of absolute silence, I looked up the same apartment only to find out that it has been rented in the mean time. This is not the first time this has happened (different agents). Answering an email or picking up the damn phone doesn't take much effort!!!!
I applied for a parking bay at my office. I had issues from the start. I was never able to get into the building as my tag never worked. Several enquiries through the office manager and by myself either went unanswered or the most ridiculous excuses were used. Quote: \There's a virus in the system which affects access\" But for some strange reason that virus only affected me. No one else parking in the same building had this problem. Strange, isn't it?

This has been going on for two month now. I was told that this issue was escalated with their management and that I would get a reply by end of the 15th February. Today, is the 17th and still nothing.

Eris Newlands is a bunch of the most incompetent people I ever had to deal with. Emails just get ignored, no one takes responsibility. It's laziness at its best."
I applied for an account through their website and after answering all their questions I sent them the required documents (stated on their website). I received an auto-response telling me I would have to submit more documents (Proof of address etc.) I did that as well. 30 minutes later I got a call from a call center agent, asking me to submit even more proof of this and that, which at this point I found more than ridiculous. Why can't Mr Price state all the requirements BEFORE someone starts the process of applying? I left the matter for a few days and received a call from the same agent telling me to submit the documents. I told him I wasn't interested anymore.

I took the matter to Twitter and simply asked Mr Price why they made it so difficult (I applied for accounts with other retailers a lot easier). I received a response telling me to send an email and someone would get back to me.

I did receive an email only to tell me I should email their finance department with all my details, which I did

That was on August 28. Nothing since then. Again, I used Twitter to get a response but NOTHING happened.
