Writing a review here cause on of their properties, Units on Jorissen has blocked new reviews on google. This place has poor management and service delivery. They promise backup water but whenever there’s an issue we don’t have water or it’s cold from the geyser. We were bathing with cold water for two months and they blamed us for finishing the geyser water but the previous year we didn’t face such issues. Horrible service delivery and horrible management

Eris properties owning Taung mall is purely subjective to black people, they literally closed an access gate under false pretences of a fire that burnt one of their shops. Is there a cashflow issue at ERIS ??? We vacate a rented premises at Bentley Office Park end of November 2021. We received a clear exit inspection. Four months later and still not received our rental deposit. Property Administrator Davinia Hamilton seem to be unable to manage the refund. Is there any senior person that can attend to this issue ?????

So we were asked by someone from this company to do a surveys for them, give the surveys to students at my school to complete. So this took hours, cause we had to go room-to-room and the survey was quite long. So they promised to pay us after. Sometime last week they sent us contracts to sign and return them back to them with our personal information and confidential documents. They promised to pay us our money not later than the 21st of June which was Monday, it is Wednesday today and they haven't paid anything for us as research interns, we tried calling, emailing them with no response. We had been in contact with the HR manager, she doesn't even bother to explain why there's a delay. As students we took our days and did the work they asked us to do which took hours! Everyone knows how busy students are especially in this pandemic, but we sacrificed our time, just to be ignored?? Awoa!! Can we please get a response. Thank you

We rent an office in Newlands Terraces. I informed Eris that there was water dripping from the ceiling boards and that the ceiling panels would likely collapse unless they attended to the problem. They did nothing and a few weeks later the ceiling boards collapsed and water came pouring into the office (aircon problem). It's now a more than a week after I informed Eris of the ceiling collapsing, and they have not fixed it. Instead we have been advised to switch keep the aircon switched off in the the midddle of summer and water continues to drip out. In addition to this, the urinals have been broken for well over a month maybe two. This is gross and makes for terrible hygeniene as some people still continue to use the broken urinals. Fix them Eris!

<p>We are renting from them, and the servie is utterly useless, they dont answer phones, or emails, our water at our business has been off for the past 3 days. No communication has been sent out, does this agency exist, it seems that they only want the rent money, and NO servie is provided</p>

I applied for a parking bay at my office. I had issues from the start. I was never able to get into the building as my tag never worked. Several enquiries through the office manager and by myself either went unanswered or the most ridiculous excuses were used. Quote: \There's a virus in the system which affects access\" But for some strange reason that virus only affected me. No one else parking in the same building had this problem. Strange, isn't it?<br> <br> This has been going on for two month now. I was told that this issue was escalated with their management and that I would get a reply by end of the 15th February. Today, is the 17th and still nothing.<br> <br> Eris Newlands is a bunch of the most incompetent people I ever had to deal with. Emails just get ignored, no one takes responsibility. It's laziness at its best."
