Horrible hospital
I went to Waterfall hospital and waited 3 hours at emergency with no one attending. Don’t bother calling their line either. No one answers.

Business is a ****! Do not buy
Be warned: **** The website is a ****. I placed an order and never heard back. The landline doesnt work. None of their social media accounts are real.

The app works for everything but for claiming! Be careful!
Naked Insurance is the definition of insurance ****. It's so easy to sign up and so easy for them to collect their monthly premium (they even send you a Thank You message every month when they do!) but when it comes to claiming, they have made it impossible. I have been trying to claim from their app and it keeps telling me to activate Huawei location services when I am not even using a Huawei device. I have called them 3 times with their agent being completely useless. There is a reason they have made it impossible to claim. Be careful folks!

*****ULENT DEBITING PRACTICE
Warning against Telkom contracts - They will decide halfway through the contract to debit your account with the balance of the contract without you asking them to close the account. Then when you take time to go to their store, they will direct you to the call centre, which you will find useless. At the end of the day they have debited your account with an exhorbitant amount (in my case R12k) and will leave you high and dry. I will never ever take a Telkom service in my life.

Absolute scam! Be careful when buying
Be careful buying property from these guys especially when it’s being leased by them. If they have a tenant, they will prolong the sale in an effort to continue collecting rent. An absolute scam. 6 months since singning my OTP , still not registered
