I bought a new VW Polo from them, and at the first use of the towing eye, the actual towing eye snapped in two. I requested VW Autohaus to look into this and provide me with a replacement and they have constantly sent me back and forth with no client service and no resolution. I had been a loyal client with them for 15 years, servicing my car with them only. I bought my new vehicle from them. The result is no attention, no care, no after-sales service from them. I cannot recommend doing business with them.
I have requested to cancel my subscription and they phoned me to confirm. I confirmed but then received a mail to say that the request to cancel was denied. I do not understand how they can refuse to let me cancel. No one is available to address this now.
I’ve been a client for more than 5 years. The past three months I’ve experienced constant down-time/dropping network/no service. I can’t recommend them and am at wits’ end about what to do to get reliable service.
I bought the Splasher over a year ago and it has never worked, regardless of what I do. I tried calling customer care and got nowhere. Best advice is to avoid this product.
When making arrangements, I was told I would get an oil service and an investigation on the cooling system at an all-inclusive price. When mechanics arrived, I was told I should actually provide oil and filters. It was unprofessional to quote one thing then change this on the day of service. It inconvenienced me. Make sure to get a thorough quote from them before engaging.
Terrible at after-sales or customer support. I paid for insurance, then when claiming back, there is no follow-up from their broker/third-party. After sales care is useless. I keep making a requestbto be heard but only get met with a generic answer tgat does not address the issue at all. Please, stop using bots to answer customer complaints.
WARNING: Has anyone dealt with David Groenewald ( Cellphone: 0607318567) with regards to your pool? What a sumbag! I paid for a kreepy in December and it is still not delivered. Avoids calls when I try to get info from him. Has anyone else dealt with this criminal? Any advice on how to get my money back?
An agent called claiming that I entered an ad online. This is a lie and I have definitely not given them my number nor consent to call me. Thus, they are lying to circumvent the POPI Act.
