The Blu52 Navigator is the worst pool cleaner I've had the misfortune of purchasing. It worked for a week or two and now just sits in the corners of the pool. Each time I pull it away it moves to one of the opposite corners and gets stuck. I've tried everything from constantly cleaning the filters to leaving the pipes in the sun to reshape them. It's an absolute piece of junk and will be going to plastic recycling shortly. If you are in the market for pool cleaners, stay away from this thing.

I recently started using Blu52 chemicals. I was a bit hesitant at first, but was pleasantly surprised! Itβs super easy to use, pour it in once a week, and my pool has stayed clean and clear without any hassle. Definitely a time saver!

We have been using Blu52 for years and like the results.. However over the past few months we have found that the contents of the container are never full. the container has 4 cells and on every occasion at least one is only 40 - 50 percent full. So we phoned the customer care no on the container and a very nice lady said on all occasions every cell should be completely full.. Okay so we bought another one today and we opened it and two of the cells are below par. So we phoned again and were told that we must return the item to the supplier which we feel is an unreasonable expense for us and requested that a representative collect it from us. Let's see what happens but it would appear that there is no quality control

I have been using Clear 4 weeks and now Blu 52 for many years and never had any complaints but for the last few months the chemicals in the booster week divider (central container) have gone solid as if moisture has got in. I opened a twin pack, brand-new from the store and the same thing has happened with both containers. I had to use a *****driver to loosen it before I could pour it into the weir. Our pool is also very cloudy after swimming. This has never been an issue in the past. I can not get hold of the company to direct my complaint to the correct person.
