The Blu52 Navigator is the worst pool cleaner I've had the misfortune of purchasing. It worked for a week or two and now just sits in the corners of the pool. Each time I pull it away it moves to one of the opposite corners and gets stuck. I've tried everything from constantly cleaning the filters to leaving the pipes in the sun to reshape them. It's an absolute piece of junk and will be going to plastic recycling shortly. If you are in the market for pool cleaners, stay away from this thing.
Incredible service from Rudi and Werner at RainPoint SA; this level of support is immensely refreshing to experience. I bought a 3 port and a single port timer from Takelot. When they arrived I got the single port up and running within minutes, but the 3 port bent my head a bit. My wife found the contact details for RainPort SA. I sent them a message thinking I would only get feedback in a week or so: the pessimist in me thinking never. But a few minutes later Rudi called and listened to the issues I was experiencing. He went away and about 20 minutes later Werner sent a video and made two more explaining what needs to be done. I was leaving for a trip in 4 days and they were so concerned with my garden dying that they had a new timer on standby and ready to be sent down over night. But between Rudi and Werner sending messages, videos and calling for an hour or so I got to understand how the 3 port timer works. Having said all this, the timers are easy to install, my 3 port just had to be activated which was a tad complicated for me. But the timers themselves have been great so far. I came home to a green garden; they are life changing and I haven't a clue why it took me so long to do this.
About a year ago I had fibre installed. Recently I noticed the conduit pipes were pulling apart and ****ging on the wall. It wasn't a great job, so I called Frogfoot back to redo. After some back and forth Nikhil got onto the case and was fantastic in the way he handled the situation. The team that came out were also amazing. This would have been a 5 Star rating but I gave it 4 due to the initial work. If Nikhil and his team were on it from the beginning it would have been 5 star. I hope Frogfoot realise the calibre of person they have in him working for them.
I took my VW Transporter to Bosh Sun Valley for a service several years ago. During the day, I received a call alerting me to urgent extra work needed. Not being mechanically minded I don't remember the actual description of what they said was needed. I had a small noise in the engine each time I switched off and I asked if the noise would stop after the work was completed. They said yes. This was around 4 years ago and it cost me a little over R17000, so a lot of money. Of course, the noise persisted and I took it back. They looked under the hood and finally admitted they didn't know what the problem was. I've never taken it back, thankfully I found someone else to look after our vehicles. Besides being ****ed off at the initial rip-off, what makes me more furious is that ever since going there, I have received spam regularly. I've asked many times to remove my info from their database. Besides the harassment, it's incredibly thick-skinned to think I'd bring our cars back to them. Their disregard for privacy and terrible service is about the only thing I would give them 5 stars for.
Absolutely no way to contact these people...who would have thought, and email company with no email address?! I have tried calling only to have the run around on all the keypad functions, then through to a long wait and finally cut off, and nobody returns the call. This has costed me a lot of money on air time. I tried the complaints department that I found on a Google search, and no reply. I even tried, much to my horror, the half asleep sales rep that sold me this ******* a few months ago, and he hasn't rep****. If you are in the market for an internet provider then keep looking, stay well clear of Mweb. I'll be looking around for a new company.
The past 9 or so months I’ve had some bad luck with a few things, one being a big ticket item that is insured and was damaged, the other two were smaller instances of storm damage to two investment properties I have insured with AandG. On all occasions AandG have come through for me. The AandG team as well as their suppliers have always been professional in their approach, whether it being courteous on the phone or always following up at each step of the process. I’m truly not one that calls the insurance for everything that comes up, so I feel a little embarrassed that I’ve had the three instances this past year, but I’m confident that I have a great company in my corner when needed.
Hi there, just another thanks to Ntombizodwa Mabena for her call earlier helping me with my policy reviews. She was wonderfully helpful and patient and I got the necessary help needed. Best, Guy
Bonitas are an extremely unprofessional and fairly rude bunch of people that I've had the misfortune of having to deal with over the past number of days. Over the last week I've been trying to get to the bottom of two outstanding payments on my mothers medical aid. My mother, who is in frail care and no longer able to sort these type of matters, has given me power of attorney over these matters. When I initially called last week I was told there was no record of me being in this position to attend her personal queries. The manner in which I was received on the call was incredibly condescending and rude. I was told to sign another Third Party Consent form, which I reminded them I did around 7 years ago when she first went into a home. But I did another form and sent it in. I called again after I emailed the forms to make sure they received them. I mailed them through to the one and only email address on the form, and again I had to put up with an agro operator saying I sent it to the wrong email. I told her its the only email on the form and she insisted it wasn't. We re-read the entire form to prove I was correct. She never apologised just rattled off another email to which I resent the forms. I just tried calling now, and again I was treated in a condescending manner. Now I was told the security information (cellphone, which my mother hasn't used in years) doesn't correspond to the one on file, even though it did on last week's call. The more I tried to explain all this the more I got shut down, shut down to such an extent the operator first put me on hold and then cut the call. Of course nobody will call back. So here I am, warning anyone in the market for med aid to do your homework and look somewhere else. I'm pleased I'm not with Bonitas,I couldn't imagine having this lot taking care of my medical matters.
Once again quick to call back and help with policy updates. Apart from one incident of confusion when dealing with a geyser in the past, Auto and Gen have mostly looked after my insurance needs.
Helen was great, a warm person to deal with while crunching the numbers on my policy renewal. I hope she will still be working with Auto and Gen next year when my 4 policies are up for renewal again.
