The guy called Joseph is a **** and never deliver his promises. I asked him to do major service on my car and he did half job and said he will finish it tomorrow only to get a message the following day charging me more money because he said the job is too much.I asked for a quotation prior the work and he said the job will only take an hour, he keeps adding money with lots of excuses just so he cannot do the full job. Run away from this ****mer as he doesn't do what he promises to do

On the 10th of October 2022 I took my car (Suzuki Celerio) to JM Automatique in 85 De Waal Raod Diep River Western Cape for repairs. According Jeremy Manual, the owner of JM Automatique, the actuator was faulty, and he was 100% sure that he can fix it. On the 27th of October, he phoned and said, "happy days are here again, the problem is fixed and I am very happy with the car, you can get your within a day or 2",that was his direct words. On the 28th of October I then received the bill of R18 664.50. I than made arrangements to pay it off within 3 months. Last payment was made 30th December 2022,but up till tody I am still waiting for my car. I had to get myself a lawyer, and we went on the 10th of January to the workshop in Diep River, where, according to Jeremy, when he tested the car again, after the car was in storage for the 3 months, the problem recurred again and that he is then trying to get a new actuator, but can't one anywhere. He promised if by the end of February he still haven't found a actuator, he will then return my car in the same condition as it was and refund the money. On the 1st of March he whatsupp my lawyer that he will send my car Tuesday morning (7th March). Today, 8th March, NO CAR, NO MONEY AND NO JEREMY MANUEL.

When making arrangements, I was told I would get an oil service and an investigation on the cooling system at an all-inclusive price. When mechanics arrived, I was told I should actually provide oil and filters. It was unprofessional to quote one thing then change this on the day of service. It inconvenienced me. Make sure to get a thorough quote from them before engaging.
